I slowly opened my eyes and realized I was on top of a building. But that didn't matter. What did matter was the person sitting in front of me, his back resting against the rooftop wall.
"Those must be some fuckin' tough pants, huh?" I said, nodding at the purple pants he was wearing.
He chuckled and replied, "Yeah," nodding back at me.
I tilted my head. "I was wondering… does the thing down there also get big when you change?"Yeah, it was sudden—but I was seriously curious.
"Ehhh... I'd rather not answer that," he said with an awkward smile.
"Weren't you curious?" I asked, raising one eyebrow and pointing at my face. Not that he saw it—he hadn't taken off my mask.
"Well… you must be wearing it for a reason," he said.I gave him a small nod of appreciation.
"Thanks for the help, by the way. You really fucked him up."
"No biggie. I was just making sure you two didn't cause even more chaos," I said, waving my hand dismissively.
"Sorry…" he muttered, guilt flashing across his face.
I sighed, then stood up, swaying slightly. I steadied myself and stood tall.
"See ya, Bruce. Take care," I said, flashing a peace sign. But just before I jumped—
"So… what's your name?"
"Your friendly neighborhood Spider-Man," I said, launching off the building and swinging toward home.
My body was already healed, thanks to my fast regeneration. But my clothes Not so much. It was completely wrecked.I really need to find a permanent solution for these the outfit

— POV CHANGE —
In a tall tower, a man walked toward a room that looked like a laboratory.
He stepped in. All the researchers in white coats turned to look at him.
"Evening, doctors," he said casually.
"Evening, Mr. Osborn," they responded with nods.
"Any progress on the project?"
"We're very close, sir. Very soon, we'll have a replica of the super-soldier serum," said the head doctor.
"I expect results very soon," Osborn said, then walked out.
He continued down the hallway and entered another room.
Inside were shelves lined with various weapons—but in the center, beneath a bright spotlight, sat a sleek, recently built glider.
He approached it and nodded."I hope those idiots appreciate this new prototype," he muttered before glancing around and leaving the room.
— POV CHANGE —
A man with a missing arm sat in a small lab, holding a syringe filled with glowing green liquid.
He stared at the white rat strapped to the table, injected the liquid into it, then placed it into a glass container.
The rat trembled… then dropped motionless.
"Another failure. Sigh..." he said, taking off his white coat and exiting the lab.
Moments later, the rat's body twitched. Its missing leg regrew before it stood—completely fine.
But then… it collapsed, lifeless once again.
