Chapter 24 - March Down the Road of Realization!

O'garth motions Jaymir to follow him, stating, "Come, follow me outside, we should do this together." Jaymir nods, gathers his things, and slowly follows O'garth outside. The streets were seemingly busy today, O'garth steps out on the dirt street of Bumbleweed with authority, taking on the stance of a guard, meaning business. O'garth points down the way in two different directions, announcing to the other two dwarven guards, the old one and the young one commanding, "Find Greemo and bring him here! He needs to answer some questions!"

O'garth's words echoed in the wind, and everyone heard him; his voice had authority, stern, yet with a hint of anger in his tone. The people in Bumbleweed knew something was going down, and a crowd gathered, wondering what was going on, to make O'garth sound so serious. Everyone traded looks of concern, worry, and curiosity as they gathered in the streets of Bumbleweed.

Malerin stood at her cart, looking at O'garth and Jaymir with her hands grasped together as she took a deep breath and closed her eyes as she knew tension was on its way. once she opened her eyes, she got a stern expression on her face and quickly gave Jaymir a nod, as if she was ready. Jaymir glanced back at Malerin and gave her a nod telling her it was about to happen and ends it with a smile.

The two dwarven guards marched down the street, as if they were ready to arrest somebody, yet they were just fetching somebody. Yet, their footsteps dug into the dusty street, leaving footprints in the dust. They approached Greemo's shop, looking up at it as if they were about to raid it. Greemo's shop towered over them, but the two guards scoughed unimpressed and continued walking towards it.

The guards pushed open the door, and the bell sounded, announcing that someone had entered his shop. The guards were greeted with a welcoming tone from Greemo, "Welcome, Welcome! Come on in and look around, I have furnaces, gadgets, and..." Greemo halts in his sales pitch as he sees it was the guards, yet he asks, still welcoming them, "Ah, gentlemen! How can I help you today?"

The older dwarven guard steps forward stern, yet calm, trying not to scare him away, as he says, "Greemo, O'garth is asking for you." The younger one then says, "he needs you to ask some questions." Greemo gulps in fear, but he continued to act innocent, "Of course, of course! I'd be happy to help anyway I can." Greemo grabbed his keys and followed the Dwarven guards outside, where he locked up his shop.

The guards waited for him and then escorted him to the withering tree. Greemo was starting to get nervous and began to sweat as they got closer and closer to the withering tree. Greemo's eyes started to quickly shift back and forth, and he started to softly giggle nervously as he walked down the street with the guards.

The guards made sure Greemo was right by their sides, yet they were trying to have a conversation with him, telling him that he was not in trouble, that O'garth just had some questions for him. Yet, Greemo knew something was up, and he gulped in fear once again. However, he continued with the guards, his heart pounded in his chest, his mouth started to dry up and it was hard for him to focus on what he was going to say when the time came.
