As the guards finally brought Greemo to the withering tree, Greemo saw a crowd opening the way to O'garth. O'garth looked happy to see Greemo as he announced, "Ah, Greemo, it's good for you to join us. Come in, join us all. I have some questions for you." Greemo looked around as he was surrounded by the crowd, yet he asked with concern, "I am happy to help anyway I can, but why the crowd?"
O'garth tilts his head as he replies, "huh? Oh, I think everyone should know what happened, don't you think?" Greemo looked around and saw he was surrounded, yet answered, "I guess you are right." O'garth started asking him, "So, did I get this right? I just wanted to make sure I got everything correct. Did Jaymir go to your shop and threaten your life?" Greemo cracked a smirk, thinking this was a way to embarrass Jaymir, answering him with eagerness, "Yes! Yes, he did! he came in throwing nonsense at me and then threatened my life."
Malerin stepped forward as she stated with a cocky pose and a stern demeanor with her arms crossed, "That is not true! I was there; I witnessed everything!" Greemo and Malerin exchanged glares, Greemo telling her to shut up, while Malerin was telling Greemo she was not intimidated. O'garth rubs his chin as he says, "interesting..." Greemo tried to defend himself, but O'garth put up his hand and stated, "Ah, let me finish." O'garth shot a stern glare towards Greemo as he continued, "You see, we now have a witness, yet there is more, Greemo." he points at Malerin's cart as he continues, "within a day, a day I tell you. Poor sweet Malerin's cart was vandalized with a note saying seize and assist."
Greemo started to sweat and gulped in fear, yet defended himself, "That wasn't me, I swear!" O'garth nods with understanding, "Yes, I would understand that, yet something bugs me." O'garth pulls out the threatening note and asks in anger, "Is this not your handwriting, Greemo?" Greemo tries to answer but is interrupted by gasps from the crowd. O'garth shakes his head as he states, "Oh, there is more, and what I saw and learned boils my blood even more, as it affects the entire town."
Greemo takes a step back, but the Dwarven guards push him back towards O'garth as they stated with glares and stern tones in their voice, "We advise you to stay, Mr. Flintspracket."
The crowd burst into whispers and gasps as they watched the tense situation. O'garth turns to Jaymir as he asks, "Would you care to show and explain to everyone and Greemo here what you showed me, Mr. Tradesworth?" Jaymir nods and says, "Of course." This is when Jaymir showed everyone what exactly Greemo's talismans were doing to the plants and the town of Bumbleweed.
The crowd gasped in anger as someone within the crowd yelled, "We are breathing this in?" Another person yelled, "What the hell, Greemo?" Another one yelled, "We trusted you!" Greemo tried to defend himself by stating, "Wait, I can explain!" yet, he was interrupted by another person yelling, "Oh, save it! You were poisoning us!" Greemo's heart pounds in his chest as he said in fear, "No! That wasn't it, please!" Tears started to form in his eyes, but the only one who saw this was Jaymir.
O'garth calmed the crowd down by saying, "Okay, enough! I will not have a riot in my streets!" O'garth turns to Jaymir as he states, "Okay, now that we exposed him, I guess we can throw him out of town, huh?" Greemo's eyes widen in shock at what O'garth said, but Jaymir's reaction was the same, and he answered, "What? No! he would die within minutes." Greemo was shocked at Jaymir and what he said.
O'garth tilts his head and states, "Okay, so what do we do with him? My jail cells are not up to date to keep someone imprisoned." Jaymir rubs his chin and holds up his pointer finger as if he had an idea, "community service! Let him do chores around the town and even help me fix the town's state." At first, everyone in Bumbleweed didn't like this idea, but they also didn't want to give him a death sentence against the Laverions, as Jaymir was right, it was too cruel.
So, everyone agreed to let Greemo stay in the town, but with Community service and letting him be watched over by the guards. Greemo was shocked and didn't know what to say, but he was happy he was able to stay in Bumbleweed even if he was being constantly watched.
