Early the next morning, Kara woke up feeling exhausted. She was shocked to find herself on the bed. "Didn't I fall asleep on the floor? How did... Was it Alex? No, it can't be. I saw him leave. Did I sleepwalk?"
She had a lot to think about and didn't notice someone walk into her room. "Good morning, Kara," the person said.
Kara was startled. "How did you... I'm sorry, good morning. How did I get on the bed? Did you...?"
The person didn't answer, and Kara gave up trying to figure it out. She walked into the bathroom, still contemplating, and showered.
When she stepped out, she was met with several arrays of clothes and no Alex. "Why is he doing all this after he left me?" she pondered. "I need to leave here."
After picking a moderate dress, Kara took her suitcase and left without leaving any trace of herself. Feeling sad, she went to Lisa's place to vent.
"Oh my god, Kara, where have you been? I've been looking for you," Lisa inquired, looking worried.
Kara explained the situation, and Lisa's expression changed from worry to anger. "You saw Anthony and Celine in a hotel?"
Kara nodded, and before she could utter any more words, her emotions betrayed her, and she started crying uncontrollably. She passed out, and Lisa panicked.
"Anthony, Kara just passed out, and I'm taking her to the hospital," Lisa said over the phone.
Anthony was shocked and left Celine, rushing to the hospital. When he arrived, he found Kara still asleep on the bed and Lisa sitting beside her, looking angry.
"How dare you, Anthony," Lisa said, standing up. A slap landed on Anthony's face. "You left Kara for that thing called Celine. You made my Kara cry and now hospitalized. How dare you?"
Anthony stood in a daze, looking at Kara's pale face. "Lisa, let me hold her, please."
"Don't you touch her. You're not wanted here. Please leave," Lisa said firmly.
Anthony pleaded, but Lisa was unforgiving. "Leave now, or else. And don't you ever show your face in front of her if you still love your company and family."
Anthony tried to explain, "But she's engaged to me."
Lisa's response was cold. "Sorry, love. She already broke it off at my birthday party the moment she saw you with Celine in the parking lot. So go home and deal with your family, and leave my sister alone."
Anthony's eyes widened in shock. "Your sister? Did you say your sister? So Kara is a royal child? How did that happen?"
Lisa's expression was stern. "That is none of your business, Anthony. Leave now."
Anthony left the hospital, feeling dejected. He had lost Kara, and this time, it was for good.
