At 9:00PM at night, the boys were at Kazuma and Yuji's room, they were all layed on the floor with beat up expressions "Aaaaaahhhhh!", they exclaimed while being extremely tired. Kito exclaimed in his laziness "We had a fight to the death all just to walk hours upon hours without energy back to the city." Yuji added "I know, right? Ordinarily maintaining ourselves in order not to use unnecessary speed to go the specific location wasn't really easy. But walking back with low energy, low stamina and with your stomach rumbling is a pain is something id wish on my worst enemy.", White added "Tell me about it.". Kazuma and Yuji were laying tired on their beds, Kazuma lazily moaned "Ah, I'm so hungry. That mission against the hornets web was so crazy, I was so tired to the point that I forgot I was hungry.", Baroka added "Lucky for me, I ate this morning. Twice.", Volt Lazily tilted his eyes to him "Don't rub it in.". Kazuma then sat straight "So, how was the mission for you all? We did separate from each other." Kito and the rest of the boys aside from Yuji and Volt all exclaimed a word "Terrible!", Yuji had a wierd smile on his face and thought to himself "Well atleast we aren't dead.". Kito explained "Baroka and I fought this lady who can use wind techniques, she was a pain in the ass until she said something she wasn't supposed to say.", White then asked "Let me guess, you lost your mind and killed her?", Kito replied "I don't know whether I lost my mind or not, but i do know I felt extremely excited before finally putting a hole through her head.", White just smirked with a nervous look "He definitely killed her.". Volt added "As for me, I was just fighting for the love of the game at that point. I got so fed up fighting that giant attribute snake and that lady called Vanhel. She alone was a problem for me, her lightning strikes were enough to kill a person, then topping it all off with a giant fire breathing snake was just madness.", Kito asked "So how did you beat it?", Volt tilted his head and explained "Well for starters, I was just blasting electricity around while dodging everything that came my way. I don't know what happened to me that I started feeling excited, but for some odd reason, my brain felt excited and out of control. I was thinking of all sorts of ways to kill my opponents. Before I knew it, I had killed the attribute snake and had to deal with its owner, I was so excited to the point I lost it.". Kazuma tilted his head with a teasing smile "I see Kito has had a negative influence on you.", Kito pointed to Kazuma "Don't act like you're not worse than I am.". Yuji looked at Kazuma with a wierd facial expressions, he thought to himself "He's talking like as if he wasn't enjoying the entire mission.", Volt then explained as he layed back on the floor and crossed his leg with his arm like a pillow "Well at the end of the day, Regina came in to save me.". Kazuma asked "Regina? Oh yeah, Yuji came in and asked her to go back to save you.", Volt jolted up "So you're saying that if Yuji hadn't asked her to save me, I'd be dead?", Kazuma laughed nervously "My fault buddy, we didn't mean it that way.", Volt turned to the other side with a funny but depressed looked "I can't believe that I would have died if not for one person begging for me.", Kazuma replied "Sorry dude.". He turned to White "What of you White?", White waved his hand "Don't ask me any questions, you know i don't like being asked questions about my missions, all I want to do now is just go home and sleep.", Yuji looked out the window "Yeah, It is pretty late.", White got up "Well I have to go home, plus I'm hungry.", Baroka got up "Me too.". Kito stood up from the floor and explained "Well, I'd like to buy something on my way home, but the market's crowded with people.", Kito, Baroka and White walked out "See you later", Kito waved as he walked outside. Volt took a sigh and explained "Well, I'll be off too. Thanks for having my back in the mission Yuji and you too Kazuma.", Kazuma waved to Volt before he left "Sure, we are friends after all. Only scum would leave there friends behind without a good reason or a care in the world.", Yuji smiled at Volt "See you later.", Volt walked out of the room and left the boarding house. Kazuma and Yuji both took a deep sigh "Aahhhhhh!", Kazuma layed back on his bed "Today sure was a hectic one. I can't believe we almost died.", Yuji added "I know, right? Well I'm glad we both made it out of the mission. There are kids who are the same age as us that would have died if they went to the same mission we went to. I'm kind of glad we came back alive.". Kazuma replied "Its surprising as we all made it back. On our way to the city, we met each other walking from different directions, but we were all to tired to speak or say anything. I'm surprised we even had the ability to meet up in my room and talk.", Yuji replied "Yeah.", he heard a knock at the door of the room. Yuji turned "Who is it?", he asked, Ariyo walked in(The house master) "Yo boys, I see you're back alive and well.". Yuji and Kazuma were a bit shocked to see him, Yuji asked "Um, Ariyo. What's up? You don't seem very well.", Kazuma added "Yeah, your left arm and eye are bandaged up.", Ariyo replied "I just returned from a mission against the hornets web cult. Trust me, that mission was intense. My group and I went to the one 60 kilometres away from the base.". Kazuma and Yuji were a bit stunned "That's the base located in the forest filled with deadly beasts, I heard Kito say something about it this morning before we went for the mission", Yuji thought to himself. Kazuma then said "Now that I think of it, we didn't see Gwen and Marallda. Wait a minute...". Ariyo snapped them out of their thoughts with a snap of his finger "Okay, that's enough thinking. Most of the soliders that went on the mission were gravely injured, non of us died tho. I saw two girls that are on the same age group as you. I'm guessing you should know them, one was extremely skilled with guns and the other one had gravity manipulation.". Kazuma and Yuji thought to themselves "That's Gwen and Marallda!", Ariyo just smiled "Well, we came back alive, that's all that matters. There is food downstairs, so you kids can go eat.". Meanwhile, Gwen was laying in the hospital bed, her legs were covered up with bandages along with her fingers. Marallda was also laying on a bed too, but she was fine, Marallda was just exhausted. Gwen was having a dream were she was fighting against a female assassin who wore black and yellow with her face covered with a black and yellow mask, Gwen was just running and dodging spears of yellow light that were causing explosions all over the forest grounds. Other assassins and soliders were battling giant attribute snakes, bears that were 200 feet tall and other beasts, Marallda was in the background fighting the enemy assassins who were covered with black and yellow. Gwen on the other hand was standing face to face with a her opponent who stood above her on a rock, Gwen thought to herself with bruises on her face and hands "Fuck! I knew this mission would be hard, but I didn't think it would be this hard. And what's up with this fucker, she's been attacking me with these spears of light, not just that, but she's more dangerous than I am in combat.". Gwen's arms started to twitch as she pointed her gun to the assassin standing above her wearing yellow and black. With blood on the right side of Gwen's face she exclaimed with a look of annoyance and determination "I don't care how strong you are. I am going to beat you!", a smirk appeared on her face after she said that.
