The kids and their Digimon were having breakfast at Jijimon's house, trying to figure out a way to get back to their world.
"Man, I wish there was a way to get back home." said Clyde.
"Yeah, I miss my family." said Lincoln.
"We all miss our families, Lincoln." said Stella.
"And I miss the animals on my family's farm, too." said Liam. "I hope we get home so I can wrassle some pigs in mud again."
"Jijimon, is there someone here in the Digital World that might know something?" asked Clyde. Jijimon gets a frown on his face in contemplation.
"I might know..." Jijimon started to say before the lights in his house suddenly flickered off.
"Hey, who turned off the lights?" asked Rusty. Just then, Punimon comes bouncing inside.
"Jijimon, the power's out all over the village!" said Punimon.
"Something must be wrong with the power plant." said Jijimon.
"Power plant?" replied Lincoln.
"There's a power plant located in the Nigh Plains to the southwest of here." said Jijimon. "Could I ask you children to go investigate?"
"Sure." said Lincoln.
"Got nothing better to do, anyway." said Rusty. The kids and their Digimon exit the village and start the long walk to the power plant.
"What was Jijimon going to say before the power went out?" asked Zach.
"Maybe he knows someone who might be able to help us get home?" suggested Clyde.
"Probably." said Stella. "But let's focus on seeing what's up with the power plant."
"Okay." said Lincoln.
Ten minutes later, they all reach a small, box-shaped building that had two dynamos on top if it that had a bunch of large lemons next to it.
"That must be the power plant." said Lincoln.
"Look at the size of those lemons!" said Clyde.
"Imagine how much lemonade one can make." said Stella.
"Hey! What are you doing here?!" a voice yells out.
"Who said that?" asked Gotsumon. They all look around to find out who spoke to them; when they looked on top of the power plant and see a small blue Digimon with a ball-shaped body, arms and legs, and a lightning bolt on its forehead; floating in between the two dymanos, drawing electricity from them.
"Who's that feller?" asked Liam. Zach takes out his Digivice and points it at the Digimon.
"That's Thundermon; he's a Champion Level, Mutant Type, Data Attribute Digimon; his special attack is Thunder Ball." said Zach.
"What are you doing?" asked Agumon.
"I'm trying to eat here!" said Thundermon.
"Hey, there are other Digimon back in Floatia that need that electricity too!" said Gaomon.
"Too bad, we need it more!" said Thundermon.
"We?" replied Clyde. Out from behind the building came a bunch of Digimon that looked like tasers with mechanical arms with pincers, and legs, along with metal wings on their backs.
"What are those things?" asked Stella. Rusty points his Digivice at the Digimon.
"Those are Kokuwamon; Rookie Level, Machine Type, Data Attribute Digimon; their special attack is Power Surge." said Rusty.
"You all better leave or we're going to have to make you!" said Thundermon.
"We're not leaving until you stop siphoning all the electricity for yourselves!" said Zach.
"Then looks like we're going with option B!" said Thundermon. The Kokuwamon step forward and point their pincers towards the group.
"Power Surge!" said the Kokuwamon as electricity is released from their pincers, zapping the kids' Digimon.
"AUUUUGGGGHHHH!" said the Digimon as electricity surges through their bodies.
"Barely felt it." said Lalamon.
"Oh yeah?!" said one of the Kokuwamon.
"Yeah, I eat electricity for breakfast!" said Elecmon.
"So do I!" said Rusty.
"No, you don't." said Liam.
"Yeah, you had fruit for breakfast this morning." said Stella with an eyeroll.
"Hey, they don't need to know that." whispered Rusty.
"Pepper Breath!" said Agumon as he launches a fireball from his mouth, hitting one of the Kokuwamon, knocking it over.
"Get them!" said Thundermon, making all the Kokuwamon charge forward. Gaomon runs towards a Kokuwamon.
"Gao Rush!" said Gaomon. He unleashes a barrage of punches that hit Kokuwamon, knocking it to the ground. Gaomon sees another Kokuwamon flying towards him. "Rolling Upper!" He rolls towards the Kokuwamon and bounces off the ground, hitting the Kokuwamon in the chest, knocking it onto the ground.
"Twirling Tackle!" said Kudamon. He spins towards two Kokuwamons and strikes them with his tail, knocking the Kokuwamon back. He sees another Kokuwamon flying towards him. "Holt Shot!" He fires a beam of light from his mouth, and it hits the Kokuwamon, making it fall to the ground.
"Body Attack!" said Elecmon. Elecmon jumps up to a Kokuwamon flying above the ground and rams it, making it fall to the ground. "I feel my electric attacks won't do any good against these guys." He runs to another Kokuwamon. "Body Attack!" He rams into the Kokuwamon, knocking it over.
"Seed Blast!" said Lalamon before spitting a barrage of seeds at multiple Kokuwamon, hitting them, and knocking them over.
"Rock Fist!" said Gotsumon before launching a bunch of rocks out of his head, hitting a bunch of Kokuwamon.
"What are you all doing?!" asked Thundermon.
"We're losing!" said one of the Kokuwamon.
"Do I have to do everything myself?!" asked Thundermon before jumping off the power plant and rushes at the kids' Digimon.
"Careful, guys!" said Lincoln.
"Thunder Bomber!" said Thundermon before throwing bombs made of electricity at the kids' Digimon, hitting them.
"AUGH!" shouts the Digimon as they get zapped by Thundermon's attack and fall over.
"Guys!" shouts Zach. Gotsumon and Elecmon both got up to their feet.
"Don't worry about us!" said Gotsumon.
"We can handle electricity!" said Elecmon.
"Oh yeah?" replied Thundermon as he floats towards Elecmon with its fist drawn back. "Powerful Punch!" It throws a strong punch at Elecmon, hitting his face, and knocking him back.
"Elecmon!" shouts Rusty. Thundermon turns towards Gotsumon and throws a punch at his face; but he barely reacted.
"I'm made of rock." said Gotsumon. "You think a punch will do much to me?"
"Then I'll just have to try harder!" said Thundermon as he throws punch after punch at Gotsumon, barely doing much.
"Gotsumon, be careful!" said Zach

"Don't worry about me, Zach!" said Gotsumon." Just check on the others; I'll keep this up for as long as I can!" Zach looks at Gotsumon with respect for his will and determination to protect his friends. Soon, Gotsumon was starting to get worn down by Thundermon's constant attacks and he soon drops to one knee.
"Gotsumon!" said Zach. All of a sudden, his Digivice starts to glow, making him look at it.
"What's that?!" asked Thundermon as he notices the light. Zach remembers how everyone else's Digivices glowed before. He sees one of the buttons glowing and pushes it, making a bright light come from Gotsumon.
"I'm...feeling...stronger!" said Gotsumon.
"What's happening?!" asked Thundermon.
"Gotsumon, Digivolve to..." said Gotsumon as he starts spinning and shining brightly; when he stops, he was a lot bigger, his body was a tan yellow color, he had metal thread wrapped around his joints, on his back were several spouts that had smoke coming out of them, and he was wearing a metal mask with a belt wrapped around it on the top half of his face. "...Golemon!"
"Whoa!" said Lincoln. The kids' other Digimon got up and looked at Gotsumon's new form. Zach takes out his Digivice and points it at the newly Digivolved Gotsumon.
"He's Golemon now; a Champion Level, Rock Type, Virus Attribute Digimon; his special attack is Sulfur Plume." said Zach.
"You think I'm scared of you now?!" asked the Thundermon.
"Not yet." growled Golemon. Both Digimon draw their fists back.
"Powerful Punch!" Thundermon and Golemon say in unison before throwing punches that collide with one another; but Golemon's increased strength allowed him to overwhelm Thundermon's attack and sends it flying.
"AUGH!" shouts Thundermon as he collides with a cliff wall.
"Had enough?" asked Golemon.
"I've had enough all right; enough of you!" shouts Thundermon as he quickly moves behind Golemon with its fist raised. Golemon looks behind him with a smirk.
"Sulfur Plume!" shouts Golemon as powerful blasts of sulfur erupts out of the spouts on his back that completely engulf Thundermon.
"NOOOOOOOOOO!" shouts Thundermon before he disintegrates.
"He did it!" cheered Lincoln.
"That was awesome!" said Clyde.
"Leomon is still cooler." said Rusty. The Kokuwamon tremble at the sight of Golemon.
"Don't hurt us!" said one of the Kokuwamon.
"We were just hungry." said another one.
"Did you really have to take ALL the electricity for yourselves?" asked Gaomon.
"Why not just take just enough to satisfy you and leave the rest for Floatia?" suggested Clyde. The Kokuwamon look at each other.
"That sounds reasonable." said a Kokuwamon.
"It's a deal." said another one.
"I'm glad we were able to work things out." said Stella. Golemon starts to glow before turning back into Gotsumon.
"Gotsumon, you rocked in more ways than one!" said Zach.
"I know; I AM made of rock." said Gotsumon, making the group laugh. The dynamos on top of the power plant started powering up again.
"I think Floatia will be fine now." said Lincoln.
"Let's go back and see." said Liam.
"And don't forget to mention Golemon in your journal, Lincoln." said Zach.
"I won't." said Lincoln. Seeing a flat surface nearby, he takes out his journal and makes an entry about their recent battle, along with a drawing of Golemon and Thundermon's punches colliding. After that, the group start heading back to the village.
Thanks to Golemon, power has been restored to Floatia. But what was Jijimon going to say before? Wait and find out.
