{CASTIEL'S POINT OF VIEW}
I can finally breathe, I thought in relief as air rushed into my lungs.
I rushed to sit up immediately but it was as if the wind got knocked out of me again and I felt light headed for a second.
"You would knock yourself out that way".
Someone said from a distance close to me and I looked to see him.
Standing by the window with hands dipped in his pocket as he looked out the window but those eyes were currently turned at me.
Grey and blank, almost as cold as dry ice.
"What happened?" I asked as I noticed the unfamiliar room. I was on my way home, how did I end up here?.
I frowned and looked around in confusion.
What the hell happened?
"I saw you passed out on the road last night, so I brought you here with me" he replied, coldly. As if replying to a client.
It wasn't different from when we ate lunch together yesterday.
But it makes no sense, how can I possibly pass out by the roadside?
"Passed out?
Where?".
"Does that really matter?" he asked with indifference.
His eyes staring at me without a care in the world.
I guess I won't ever have a response to the question because he left without giving me an answer and I did not want to push him further for one.
I still need him to sign a deal with me and this can make every chance of that happening null.
And I can't let that happen.

I was able to return to the company for today's work.
I would have gone back home but I have an important meeting with some of my staff today.
"Good morning sir" They chorused while they rose to their feet.
"Morning, let's quickly proceed with the meeting" I motioned at them as I took my place at the head of the table.
My hands were trembling as I felt extremely weak.
I remembered again that someone had stopped my car yesterday and I had come out to talk to him.
What did he do to me?
"Sir, can you hear me?" The person giving a short presentation asked and I snapped out of my thoughts to see all eyes turned to me.
"Yes. Continue".
The meeting continued and they all left but I have a bigger problem.
How do I get him to agree to cooperate with me?
The meeting had ended on the conclusion that we work with his company and I have already told them I would take care of it.
"Laura, book an appointment with Mr D'Alessandro" I instructed, while thinking of ways to persuade him.
"What could he possibly want that I can use to get him to work with me?".
"Also, get me everything you can find about him". I added before I dismissed her.
I am still confused about what happened last night but If I want him to stop being difficult, there is a lot that I need to do about him.
"Seth D"Alessandro"
I trailed off as the name rang no bell in my memory.
"Why does he seem very familiar?"
***
"I couldn't find much about him, except that he is currently the main force behind the Supreme Corps and his personal life is quite mysterious too.
No family or relationships except for a half brother, Ryan" She read off her tablet.
The Supreme Corps is as old as time and I only thought he was a branch head, who would have thought he was the force behind it.
That's unbelievable.
"Are you sure?"
"Yes sir" she replied.
I dismissed her.
I now understand the reason he was able to turn me down without a second thought.
Compared to the Supreme Corps, my company is quite small in comparison and isn't anywhere near as impressive as it is.
My phone beeped as a call came through, I looked at the screen with little interest but my expression changed when I saw Dad's name displayed as the caller's ID.
"Good morning Dad" I greeted.
A short silence passed before he finally responded.
"We are returning tomorrow" he announced.
"Tomorrow?" I asked, a headache formed in my head just thinking about him coming back soon.
I have managed to escape the pressure to get married this past months because they were away.
"Your mother has missed you a lot, and she is getting homesick. So we are returning tomorrow" he replied and the call ended.
"I was unable to book an appointment with Mr D'Alessandro. His secretary said he is currently too occupied for more appointments" Laura came in and informed me and I almost yelled at her.
Can I face one problem at a time?
Why am I facing different problems at the same time?
"Don't bother with the appointment".
"Oh, okay" she nodded and went out with a confused look on her face.

Getting into the company was easier than I thought, I gave the security my ID and said I was friends with him and in no time I was allowed inside.
The secretary pointed me towards his office and I did not bother to knock before I walked inside.
"Can you print those files I sent to your mail just now?" He said with his head down.
He had no idea who just walked in but his head immediately shot up as he realized something was wrong.
"Good morning Mr D'Alessandro" I greeted with a smile.
I had concluded yesterday that, if he was going to be difficult, then I would also be just as difficult as him.
"Castiel?"
A frown creased his forehead but he dropped the files he was reading and rested his back into his chair with his arms folded.
The sheer strength behind his biceps as they strained under the shirt made me look away for a second.
"Can I do this?"
"What brought you here?" He asked coldly in his low baritone voice.
He is a jackass and he knows exactly what he is doing.
"To persuade you to cooperate with me" I replied simply and looked away from his hypnotizing eyes.
I looked at the gloomy decoration of the office.
Dark purple and black walls, not just purple, an ugly one.
A huge painting of a boy holding a mask occupied one side of the wall.
And the purple couches in the middle of the room did nothing to elevate the gloominess and neither did the potted plant by the shelf.
"I won't work with you" He replied finally.
"What do you want?" I asked, I was expecting him to dismiss the idea but his lips twisted into a smirk and his eyes darkened.
"Can you give me what I really want?" He asked.
