After bidding farewell to Husu, Li Xu left Planet Yadella with Bulma aboard their spacecraft.
"Li Xu, where are we going next?" Bulma asked as she adjusted the ship's navigation settings.
"Here," Li Xu said, tapping a location on the control panel.
"Frieza's Base 2? Didn't you say before that we should avoid Frieza's forces at all costs?" Bulma asked in confusion.
"That was because my strength wasn't enough back then. But now, after so much training and mastery of Yadellan secret techniques, it's time to give Frieza a special present," Li Xu said with a confident smile.

They traveled through the universe for five more days. As they neared the planet, Li Xu made a careful decision to avoid detection. Instead of flying directly into range and risking the spaceship being targeted by the Frieza Force's orbital sensors and defense systems, he used Instant Transmission to teleport himself and Bulma to a nearby mountain just outside the base perimeter.
His Instant Transmission was accurate for relatively short cosmic distances. Teleporting across light-years, like Goku had done between Earth and Yardrat, was still beyond him due to the insufficient ki control at his current level.

They appeared hidden by the rocks and dense terrain.
Li Xu chuckled coldly. He formed a crackling energy sphere between his palms and hurled it at the base's barracks.
BOOM!
An ear-splitting explosion shook the ground. Flames and smoke engulfed the Frieza soldiers caught off guard, many perishing instantly, while others were hurled away like rag dolls.
"Di-Di-Di! Alert! Alert!"
"Di-Di-Di! Base under attack! Intruder detected!"
Blaring alarms sounded throughout the compound, and dozens of armored Frieza soldiers poured out of the damaged installations, taking flight or scrambling to defensive positions.
"Who are you?!" a soldier in standard Frieza Force armor shouted, panic written across his face.
"The one who's about to send you all straight to hell," Li Xu said coldly, raising both hands.
Two more energy balls materialized instantly, and he hurled them toward the largest gathering of enemy soldiers.
"Scatter! Scatter!!"
BOOM!
Another deafening explosion rocked the area. Smoke, debris, and screams filled the air as soldiers were incinerated or blown away in all directions.
The explosion formed a vast hemispherical firestorm, engulfing all the Frieza Force soldiers who failed to escape in time. Their screams were drowned out by the roaring flames and smoke.
"King Frieza won't let you get away with this!" a battered soldier shouted furiously, blood dripping from the corner of his mouth.
"Don't worry," Li Xu said with a cold smile. "I'll send him down to join you soon enough." Without hesitation, Li Xu blasted him with a ki wave, ending the soldier's life instantly.

Meanwhile, on Planet Frieza...
Inside the grand hall adorned with luxurious alien materials, a Frieza Force officer, trembling and pale, knelt before Frieza's floating throne.
"K-King Frieza, urgent news! Base No. 2 has been attacked... Most of the garrison has been wiped out!"
Frieza's narrowed, crimson eyes gleamed dangerously. His tail lashed irritably behind him. Losing a minor outpost was insignificant to the galactic emperor, but what truly enraged him was the blatant act of defiance.
"Who's responsible for this outrage?" Frieza asked, his voice soft but icy enough to freeze blood.
"It's the same Saiyan who previously killed Lord Cui and Lord Zarbon," the officer said, quivering.
Hearing this, Frieza's calm demeanor cracked, his voice turning menacing. "That damn monkey... I will crush him personally!" His power surged slightly, cracking the marble floor beneath his throne.
"Dodoria, summon the Ginyu Force immediately. Tell them to eliminate the intruder without fail."
"At once, King Frieza!" Dodoria said, bowing and quickly leaving to transmit the orders.

In the dark, vastness of space, five spherical Ginyu Force pods hurtled forward in a neat formation, their trails of propulsion shining like small comets.
Inside each ship, a warrior of the Ginyu Force floated within a suspension pod, their bodies preserved in cryogenic sleep to maintain peak power during long travels.
Suddenly
"Beep! Beep! Emergency signal received! Awakening from stasis initiated." Mechanical voices echoed within each pod as the hibernation systems disengaged.
"Heh, looks like our prey resurfaced," Captain Ginyu said with a wicked grin, reading the transmission from Frieza.
"That little worm made us chase him across half the galaxy. This time, we won't let him off easy," said Recoome, flashing a brutal, yet goofy smile.
"Captain, we're about a month away at max speed from Base 2," Jeice reported, his red skin gleaming under the cockpit lights. "We better hurry, or he might slip away again."
"Then full speed ahead!" Ginyu ordered, his body crackling slightly with suppressed energy.
Burter, the fastest of the Ginyu Force, smirked confidently. "With my speed, he won't escape."
The Ginyu Force's pods accelerated, cutting a gleaming path across the stars.

Meanwhile, back at Frieza Base 2...
Li Xu had no idea that Frieza himself and the elite Ginyu Force were now targeting him. It took several exhausting days, but he successfully exterminated all remaining Frieza soldiers at the base.
"Bulma, there's a treasure trove of materials here. See if there's anything useful for us. We'll take some as spoils of war," Li Xu said, wiping dust from his hands.
Bulma's eyes sparkled as she examined the high-tech alien devices. "These are incredible! With this tech, I can build a gravity training room maybe even one with 500x Earth's gravity!"
Back on Earth, even Goku had struggled to withstand 100x gravity during his trip to Namek. A 500x training room would push Li Xu's limits dramatically.
"Perfect. We'll fortify our strength here while we wait for the enemy to show up," Li Xu said with a grin.
"Leave it to me!" Bulma said confidently, already plotting her modifications.

Time flew by, and a month passed in the blink of an eye.
Li Xu had not been idle. Every day was filled with intense training: refining his control over Instant Transmission, enhancing his Kaio-ken technique, and further understanding the embryonic Law of Force he had grasped.
On this particular day, as Li Xu meditated in the base's barren courtyard, his senses suddenly sharpened. He felt five ferocious, distinct ki signatures barreling toward Base 2.
Each aura was massive one nearly rivaled the full power he had sensed from Zarbon before his defeat.
"They're finally here..." Li Xu's lips curled into a dangerous smile.
He quickly made his way to the underground lab, where Bulma was hunched over a massive console.
"Li Xu, did they arrive?" Bulma asked, noticing his serious expression.
"Yes. Stronger than anything we've faced so far. There's real danger this time," Li Xu said. He didn't want Bulma to be caught in the coming battle.
"Don't worry," Bulma said, lifting a small device. "Using Frieza's tech, I've built a new generation force field generator. Even a massive energy blast shouldn't penetrate it easily."
Her eyes sparkled with pride and excitement, eager to prove her capabilities.
Li Xu looked at her earnest expression and couldn't bear to refuse.
"Alright!" he agreed with a smile.
This time, he would take on the elite Ginyu Force the deadliest special team in Frieza's entire army.
And he was ready.
