Valkery, who initially planned to explore Jupiter, now had to take care of Mars after hearing Mora's information.
The Vanguard monitoring room had indeed detected significant activity in the former territory of the Mars bats, especially as the Havod spider workers seemed extremely busy.
"Rai, this time your task will be more specific: destroy the Havod spider nests," Nadien instructed.
Valkery glanced at Mora, observing her emotionless eyes. Valkery couldn't help but feel that Mora's character was cruel. How could someone work with humans to destroy their own race? But thanks to having a traitor on the human side, humanity could tackle the Havod spider problem before it was too late.
"Yes, since Earth is the only place where the main body can survive, we have to protect it. However, thanks to the many Khodams joining Vanguard, we have discovered several planets suitable for human habitation. Still, we lack the technology," Nadien explained.
"Wow, so humanity is going to become galaxy explorers?" Valkery asked.
"Technically, humans can explore the galaxy using their Khodam bodies, but the main body still needs a suitable environment to survive," Nadien replied.
"Nadien, is your Khodam a snake? And what do you think of Mora?" Valkery questioned.
Nadien sighed, "Alright, since you're curious."
She then transformed into a small white snake, about three times taller than Valkery.
"What do you think?" Nadien asked.
"The snake looks beautiful," Valkery replied. "Why don't you use it more often?"
"Huh, look at me. My Khodam is a snake, and my job requires hands for typing and writing," Nadien responded in her Khodam form.
"About Mora, that's General Joko's business. Her troops are at Mount Lawo, directly supervised by General Joko. She can't return to Mars because the planet is now ruled by the Havoc Queen," Nadien explained.
"So, I'll go to Mars again. Do I need to prepare any weapons?" Valkery asked.
"The only suitable weapon would be a nuclear bomb. Angel's skills are far stronger than Earth's weapons. But if you want cool armor, we can prepare it," Nadien said, making Valkery think.
"Besides cool armor, can it also make Angel look prettier?" Valkery asked.
Nadien looked at Valkery, puzzled.
"I mean, is there armor that can record as well?"
"Oh, I get it. Because it's for the Vanguard site, you want stylish armor and a drone for automatic video and photo capture?" Nadien responded.
"Yeah, that's what I meant," Valkery agreed.
After that, Valkery and Nadien, back in human form, headed to the armory. The technicians there, hearing Valkery's request, presented three customized armor sets.
Valkery transformed into Angel to try them on.
Vanguard indeed prioritized her; there were even five armor sets specifically for Angel. However, for Valkery's Jupiter exploration, Vanguard's technology was still insufficient. They even requested a living alien sample from there.
Since the Mars problem took priority, Jupiter's mission had to be postponed.
Angel examined the three armors:
1. Pink Armor - "Goddess of Grace" This armor features a distinctly feminine aesthetic with pastel pink hues and elegant gold accents. The shoulders and legs are adorned with small, shimmering wing-shaped ornaments, giving an elegant and captivating appearance. It's lightweight and reveals more skin, providing excellent freedom of movement.
2. Blue Armor - "Titanium Guardian" This heavy, robust armor comes in metallic blue, accented with silver stripes. The chest, shoulders, and legs are protected by thick steel plates capable of withstanding direct attacks. The helmet is simple but sturdy, providing complete head protection. Equipped with energy shields on both arms and a large electric hammer as the primary weapon. An additional power generator on the back enhances endurance during intense combat.
3. Red and Black Armor - "Crimson Vortex" This futuristic armor combines glossy red with black accents at the joints. It features small wing-like jet boosters on the back, enabling high-speed flight and agile maneuvers. The arms are fitted with energy blades for quick strikes and cutting through metal.
Seeing the three armors, Angel pondered for a moment. After looking at them closely, she decided on the first armor.
Aside from looking beautiful, it also made it easier for her to fly and was perfect for boosting popularity. The elegant armor suited the Khodam Angel well.
Angel quickly put it on. The pink-colored boots looked sleek and reached up to her knees. Her white thighs were exposed, and there was a pink metal skirt equipped with a high-tech-looking belt. The belt also had a dimensional pocket, perfect for storing weapons, even bombs, if the dimensional ring was full, allowing for additional supplies.
Her stomach was exposed, showing her navel, while the armor that protected her chest was also pink and shaped like wings. It came with a helmet that had wing-like accessories on the sides.
The armor looked very lightweight and, most importantly, beautiful. One could only wonder what the technicians were thinking while making it.
Afterward, Angel even instructed the technicians to make more armor that looked even prettier.
Nadien looked at Angel with a strange expression.
"It seems your objective has become a bit unusual," Nadien commented.
"Ahem," Angel cleared her throat. "I just want to become more popular on the Vanguard site, so I deliberately chose beautiful armor to attract likes and comments."
"That's all?" Nadien replied.
"Yes, you know I've never been famous before, so I just want to be popular."
"Well, good luck beating me first," Nadien responded.
"Huh? Why?"
"Take a look at the Vanguard site. I already have more than 10,000 followers."
Instinctively, Angel opened her tablet and saw that her followers were only around 3,000. Yeah, she lost to Nadien.
"It wasn't me who defeated you. It was my Khodam, the snake," Nadien said, which only made Angel feel even more defeated.
Angel walked a bit awkwardly, seeing Nadien's laughter as if she had been defeated. 'Just wait,' Rai thought, determined to surpass Nadien and laugh at her in return.
Once they reached the monitoring room, they could see a swarm of Havoc Spiders, far more numerous than the Mars Bats.
