Felix was speechless.
"You… Were behind it?"
"If you mean capturing that female Omega, then yes," Kade confirmed, his voice sounding smug. "I prepared a few distractions ahead of time, so that the moment your location was discovered, the plan was ready to be put into action… It was supposed to delay that Alpha from leaving the pack, or force him to turn back… But it seems it didn't work as I expected," he explained, his smugness turning into displeasure at the last sentence.
So that's how it was… Felix knew that there was something fishy about Ashley being kidnapped. And as he had thought, the incident was related to the leak… Except that not in the way that he had expected.
Whether that was a good thing or not, he didn't know, as with it, the anonymous leak once again became more mysterious…
