Callum stood near the entrance of the VIP terminal, where only authorized personnel were allowed. He straightened his posture the moment he saw Eryx and Lunara walking toward him.
"Sir," he greeted.
Eryx stopped in front of him, his expression unreadable as always.
"Lunara asked you to get your eyes checked," he said flatly. "She said you have bad eyesight."
Callum froze. "…Sorry, sir?"
Lunara laughed, stepping a little closer. She gave Eryx a light slap on the arm.
"Oh, he's joking," she told Callum, still smiling. "Kind of."
Callum looked between the two of them, trying to hide his confusion. He'd never heard Eryx joke before. Ever.
Before he could say anything else, Eryx glanced around. A few staff nearby had already noticed them. "Are the press ready?"
Callum nodded once. "The press is already in position outside, just like you asked."
Eryx gave a curt nod. "Good."
Lunara looked up at him. "Are you sure?"
