A deep frown appeared on Genru face as read the information Chiba had obtained, he quickly ordered a blonde Jonin.
"Chizu, quickly Relay this to Hokage-sama and ask for him for Aid. We can't delay!" As he said this, Genru quickly wrote out a message and quickly translated it into Konoha's encryption.
The Jonin name Chizu, bit his finger and slammed his hand on the floor as a falcon appeared in a poof of smoke. Chiba sensed that the bird had chunin level chakra within it's tiny frame, this only increased Chiba's desire to learn Fuinjutsu even further.
Genru attached the message to the falcon as it flew away at insane speeds, using wind release to speed up it's flight.
The bird flew for tens of minutes before piercing flying though a camoflaged tent and landing onto a desk Infront of a man hooked up to a large machine. A black haired ninja quickly took the message off the falcon as it disappeared in a cloud of smoke.
"Inami, pass this message to the village ASAP! We need immediate reinforcements, the bare minimum has to be elite Jonin! The three tailed beast is being transported!' Hearing this, Inami nodded as he began using his clans jutsu
'Mind Transmission Technique!' The machine amplified Inami's jutsu as he connect with another clan member and sent his memories of what he needed to relay.

Under the Hokages building, deep underground, a group of over a hundred Shinobi were intently reading through papers or looking at monitors.
The Nara's clan leader, Shikaku, roamed around the room as he contemplated and relayed orders throughout the battlefield via the Yamanaka clan's jutsu.
Suddenly, Inoichi, the Yamanaka clan' patriarch, received an important message and called over Shikaku.
"Shikaku, we've got an urgent report from unit 17 stationed in Kirigakure. It relates to the information they obtained during their mission."
Shikaku immediately approached Inoichi as the blonde man placed his hand on Shikaku's forehead as the memory entering his mind.
"Tell them to stall for as long as possible and that reinforcement is on its way. I'm going up straight to the Hokage!"
Shikaku ran up to the Hokages office as he hurried knocked, waited to be allowed to enter before walked in.
"Hokage-sama, this is an emergency. We need quick aid at the Kirigakures battlefront."
Unlike before, Shikaku verbally relayed the entire intel to Hiruzen as any member of the mind reading clan was forbidden from touching the Hokage, ever.
Taking a puff of his pipe, Hiruzen frowned and internally wondered if he should name Minato the Hokage during the middle of the war to take away his stress. Shaking his head from such a thought he spoke.
"The Kirigakure are moving their tailed beast?.... Send Minato's team as reinforcement but keep Minato himself stationed in Iwagakure. Onoki has been acting up and I need a reliable ninja like Minato stationed there at all times."
With a nod, Shukaku quickly ran back down into the headquarters of the Konoha army.

Inside of a tent stationed in Kirigakure Territory, Genru received the report and felt cold sweat overcome him as he left.
"Gather Squad 17!" As he yelled this out, the 5 other members appeared Infront of their squad leader.
"The three tailed beast is heading directly for Konoha territory, we'll be guarding one the most likely paths they will take and stall them for time..."
There was an air of silence after Genru relayed their order as everyone was in despair, including Chiba.
'Fuck I'm an idiot! That scroll must've been burnt up in the original plot, as Konoha didn't know anything about the three tailed beast being secretly moved! There is no way in hell our squad is going to be able to stall for time but abandoning the mission will land me in jail!' as Chiba felt his heart pounding, he began to think about how to survive.
'Madara and zetsu need Obito to awaken his mangekyou and for that to happen, Rin needs to be implanted by the three tailed beast and die by Kakashi's hand. The plot should be continuing on that course, but now we are somehow expected to stall a Jinchuriki and the Jonin that guard it...'
Chiba though of using a Meteor, but doubted that it would work like last time as it was very slow compared to the hypersonic Ninja. The only reason his meteor killed the Jonin the first time was because they had to stayed to defend the vital bridge. Just like how madara used his meteor against the the army of thousands of genin and Chunin ninja, the meteor was only good for large groupes of enemies, and those unable to move.
'I can't fight them or ill die, i cant flee or ill be stripped of beings a ninja and imprisoned...This means I have only one choice, I must fake my death!'
It was at that very moment, Hanbi took out a smoke bomb and through it at the floor as Chiba saw him running away.
The world seemed to freeze for Chiba as he immediately realized what was going on! Seizing the opportunity, Chiba quickly and covertly created a Shadow clone as he used Flickering Step jutsu, Soru, and his gravity to help him quickly run away!
With a simple wind jutsu, Genru cleared away the smoke as he saw the missing Hanbi.
"That god damned coward Hanbi! The bastard ran away!!! Chizu, Right a report on his desertion and have your hawk relay it at once!" The blonde ninja wrote down what he said and attached it to his falcon as it flew away.
From a thousand feet away, Chiba watched everything his Squad leader said when he suddenly saw the falco flying away was suddenly attacked.
In his sight, a black tendril connected to the shadow of the flying falcon as it dive head first into the floor and a kunai sunk into it's head, killing it. Seeing this, Chiba nodded and knew that Hanbi had the same idea as him and realized that fighting a Jinchuriki was suicide.
Chiba silently and stealthily followed his squad as they ran ahead to meet the Jinchuriki squad and attempt to stall for time. Their willingness to die for the sake of the village had been brainwashed into them since childhood, making the idea of deserting almost non existent.
Thinking of this, Chiba turned to face Hanbi who was tens of feet away from him, who looked back at Chiba and nodded. They both understood and knew what they other was planning, but had no reason to cooperate with the other so they kept to themselves.
'Wait, why did Hanbi willingly try to sacrifice himself early back on the bridge? He sent the others back and attempting to complete the diversion mission alone? Unless....Did Hanbi want all of us to leave him so that he could just run away, but stopped because I was interfering in his plan!?' The fact that Hanbi ran away just like Chiba did, proved that he wasn't a self sacrificing man who'd die to complete a mission.
Chiba suddenly became a lot more weary of Hanbi, the man was able to lie and decieve even Chiba who's observation Haki could normally discern those things.

The squad came to a stop after an hour of running, Chiba saw them getting battle ready and immediately lowered his observation Haki. From what he learned from Kushina, it seemed that the tailed beast could somehow sense his observation Haki and found it agitating.
Taking out a storage scroll, Chiba grabbed a small bamboo straw and stuck it in his mouth as he performed the horse hand sign and he moulded the chakra in his stomach.
'Earth Release: Sinking Ground jutsu!' as Chiba finished his jutsu, he began sinking into the ground as well as the rocks and vegetation in a three foot radius.
Seeing this, Hanbi quickly ran over and joined Chiba, a D.I.Y. straw made out of a rolled up explosion tag sticking out of his mouth.
Chiba wordlessly face Hanbi, deciding they had a better chance working together.
Within ten second Chiba and Hanbi had been sucked completely into the ground as they began breathing through their straws and concealing their chakra.
It turned out Chiba's chakra affinity was wind and fire, making earth jutsu many times harder to learn.
This earth release was just D rank and it took him a week of Shadows clone training to learn it, thankfully his observation Haki acted in a similar way to the Byakugan in that he could sense Chakra networks! Chiba went to the training grounds and watched the chakra network of ninjas using Earth Release.
Seeing how the others manipulated and noulder their chakra into the earth release helped Chiba eventually overcome his lack of talent and learn the Jutsu.
From underground, Chiba and Hanbi felt the ground shaking as Chiba's shadowclone immediately dispelled itself and returned some chakra to him and its memories.
Chiba's squadmates were no doubt bewildered by the sudden disappearance of Chiba, but couldn't do nothing about it mid battle.
His shadow clone had also turned off his observation Haki in fear of being found out by the Jinchuriki, so his memories didn't see anything relating toward the Jinchuriki encounter.
As the explosions of the fight died down, Chiba waited ten minutes until he expanded his observation Haki. Chiba was increasing it inch by inch, just in case the Jinchuriki was near by. He only stopped when he eventually found the dead bodies of his squadmates.
Climbing out of the dirt, Chiba could smell the thick sent of iron in the air as Hanbi also left the ground, choosing to believe in Chiba sensing abilities.
Running over to where the battle took place, Chiba and Hanbi saw the crushed and slice up bodies of their squadmates with a couple burnt corpse if Kirigakure Shinobi mixed in
Stomaching his guilt, Chiba walked over to the corpse of a Kirigakure ninja and took their sword. Chiba snapped a piece of the blade off and put it to his chest, slowly raising it up and down as he made sure there wasn't anything vital.
With a deep breath, Chiba stabbed the blade through his clothes as the blade tip came out the other side. "Gaagghh!!....."
Chiba did his best not to scream too loudly, but it was rather futile. Using his life return technique, Chiba immediately began to coagulate the wound as he came to a realization.
Focusing his observation Haki in his body, Chiba used life return technique to send a steady flow of endorphins throughout this body as the pain subsided greatly.
Taking the sheath from one of the corpses, Chiba put it to his right legs shin before lifting it above his head.
'Im tired of this war, this shitty system that's making me kill other humans and the bloodthirsty psychopaths controlling this world!' Slamming the sheath downward, Chiba cleanly broke his own leg as his anger hit at an all time high.
He was angry at himself for getting that scroll, angry that he was too weak to stop the Jinchuriki, angry that they were sent on a suicide mission, and angry that this war was started in the first place.
Looking at his broken leg, Chiba felt a painful sting from the injury but it felt more like a bee sting than a broken leg.
Chiba decided that he no longer wanted to participate in the war and just wanted tk head back to the village and train. Sure killing other Ninja might increase his percentage faster, but Chiba was sure that practicing his Sealing would be more important to the futurw of solve his chakra problem.
As Chiba was doing this, Hanbi placed his forearm on the ground as he placed his leg over it and with a quick jerk motion, a snapping noise was heard. "Fuuuarrgg!!"
After the two performed these severe injuries on themselves, they started creating small cuts and bruises all over their bodies as they tossed out the majority of their consumables away.
The duo had looked like they had been to hell and back, it was only then they began collecting the IDs of the dead Konoha ninja they had left to die.
Dragging the bodies of all the dead Kirigakure Ninja, Chiba perfomed the 'Earth Release: Sinking Ground' once more, hiding all of their bodies before he spoke to Hanbi.
"We were attack by a squad of 14 ninja, I sensed that the majority were Jonin with one having chakra above a Jonin. We fought and killed an unknown amount of enemies, too focused in the heat of the battle to count. Since I'm blind I can't give a description of the Jinchuriki, and because we've hidden the bodies, they can't call us out on the indiscrepancies of enemy Shinobi." Hanbi gave a nod of understanding and he began speaking.
"During the fight, the Jinchuriki tried running away with a squad of 3 Jonin as Genru order us to chase them. We ran after them, only to be stopped by two of the three guards an..." They both began making up a detailed backstory that was believable.
With the help of the Nara Hanbi, Chiba felt like their coverup story was air tight and everything was accounted for. Thankfully, both Chiba and Hanbi didn't have summon animals, so they didn't have to make an excuse on why they didn't relay any information back to the village.
Thirty minutes of making up their story and getting all of the details right, Chiba and Hanbi began limping back to the closest hideout. Both of these Ninja felt like incredible cowards, but it was better to be a living coward than a dead hero.
