[POV: Aarav]
I didn't move.
Not right away.
I needed to be sure I wasn't dreaming again.
> "I'm sure."
That's what she had said.
Not teasing.
Not pretending.
Real.
So I leaned in — slowly.
My hand moved up to gently tuck a strand of hair behind her ear.
She didn't flinch.
She didn't joke.
She just… waited.
So I whispered one last time.
Aarav (soft):
"This is your last chance to push me away."
She looked into my eyes.
Bunny:
"If you don't kiss me right now, I might actually scream."
I smiled.
> "As you wish, "
And I kissed her.
Not rushed.
Not staged.
Just… everything I'd been holding in.

[POV: Bunny]
His lips were soft.
Warm.
Certain.
It didn't feel like a first kiss.
It felt like the kiss we were always meant to have —
The one we spent years dancing around.
His hand was on my cheek, holding me steady,
Like I might disappear if he let go.
I didn't want to pull back.
Not yet.
And when we finally did…
We just stayed there.
Forehead to forehead.
Breath tangled.
Bunny (whispering):
"I should be scared… but I'm not."
Aarav:
"I've always been yours. I was just waiting for you to notice."

[Later That Day — Bunny POV]
Everything felt lighter.
Even the silence between us wasn't awkward.
We didn't label anything.
Didn't define it.
But the way his fingers brushed mine as we walked past each other —
The way I caught him staring and not looking away —
The way I kept finding reasons to be in the same room…
We both knew what it meant.
