Extra Part
As the evening sun painted the Singapore sky, Lukas and Alana walked home after spending a lovely day in the city park. Sandra's pregnancy had now entered its seventh month.
Due to several reasons, they had chosen a hospital in Singapore for the delivery. One of them was their wish to visit the graves of Lukas's grandfather and Grandma Maria, who had passed away two months earlier to be with her beloved husband.
Alana, now pregnant, felt happy yet sad. She was constantly overwhelmed by an uncontrollable urge to eat. Her once slender and beautiful body had transformed into what she jokingly called a chubby clown, something she believed was far from attractive.
Meanwhile, Lukas still looked as handsome as ever, which made Alana both jealous and irritated.
"Why do you still look like a model when I feel like I'm expanding like a balloon" Alana pouted.
Lukas smiled warmly and replied in a soft tone, "You're beautiful, honey. Being pregnant is sexy."
Alana snorted lightly. "Pregnant is sexy I feel like an elephant, and you still look like a dashing prince. It's not fair" Her eyes began to glisten.
Lukas laughed. "You're always beautiful to me, sweetheart. Plus, you're carrying a miracle inside you."
Alana rolled her eyes, maintaining her serious tone. "You don't know what it feels like to be pregnant. Look at you, your body stays perfect even when you eat a lot. I eat a little and turn into fat and fluff."
Lukas pretended to think. "Maybe I've got a secret beauty pill you haven't tried yet," he teased with a chuckle.
Alana gently patted her growing belly. "I'd rather eat than take a beauty pill. I'm pregnant, not a model."
As they continued walking, Alana started to whine adorably, "I thought being pregnant would make me glow like in the movies. But why do I feel more like a migrating hippo"
Lukas lovingly patted her back. "You're funny, baby. Trust me, you're just as beautiful."
Alana looked at Lukas with a doubtful expression. "You can't keep looking better than me during this pregnancy. I've decided you'll join me in 'husband weight gain' so you can feel it too. That way, no other woman will look at you."
Lukas blinked, confused. "Husband weight gain What's that"
Alana smirked mischievously. "It means you have to eat every time I eat. So you'll know how it feels, and I won't feel alone."
Lukas burst into laughter. "Ah, so this is revenge because I still look slim"
Alana nodded seriously. "Exactly. From now on, we're a husband weight gain team. Prepare yourself."
They both laughed as they made their way back home, realizing that behind all the teasing, these moments would become treasured memories on their journey as expectant parents.
Lukas, ever charming with his loving smile, and Alana, pregnant with her "migrating" body, found joy and support in each phase of their life together.
When they reached the lobby of the apartment where they were staying, they saw a woman drop her belongings. While Lukas focused on the scattered items and rushed to help, Alana couldn't take her eyes off the woman's striking beauty.
Lukas quickly bent down to help pick up the rolling fruits and put them back into the paper bag.
"Thank you very much for helping me." The foreign-looking woman smiled politely and stepped into the elevator.
"Oh no problem." Lukas replied, still helping her with the remaining bags. "Come on, baby," he called to Alana, who was now walking with a sullen look on her face.
"Next time, I'll treat you to a cup of coffee as a thank you." The woman smiled again as Lukas and Alana stepped off at their apartment floor.
"Thank you, but you don't have to." Lukas responded briefly, then quickly chased after Alana, who looked grumpy and upset.
"Alana… I'm sorry. I was just helping…"
"I've ordered weight gain pills." Alana sniffled with her lips pouting.
"Weight gain…"
"Weight gain pills and milk You have to gain weight" Alana threw a pillow at him with a small sob. "Flirty jerk!"
Lukas sat beside her, bursting with laughter, and pulled her into a tight hug, planting kisses on her cheek repeatedly.
"Darling, if I hadn't helped her, wouldn't you be embarrassed to have a husband with no empathy"
"You didn't hear what she said Next time, I'll treat you to a cup of coffee as a thank you" Alana imitated the woman's tone with an annoyed expression. "She was flirting with you I don't care, you have to get fat"
"Yes, yes, I have to get fat. I'll do anything you want." Lukas kissed her cheek.
"Don't come near me" Alana pushed him away.
"Come on, don't be mad. We came to Singapore to keep you safe during pregnancy, not to stress you out." Lukas pulled her down onto the bed and wrapped his arms around her.
"You're so adorable." He tightened his hug.
"You think this is funny" Alana pouted again.
"I'm sorry, please don't be mad. I won't help any women again, starting today."
"Promise"
"Promise." Lukas kissed her lips.
"But you still have to drink the weight gain stuff."
"Alright."
"Now stand in the corner and lift one leg. If you don't, don't expect me to forgive you." Alana smiled mischievously.
Lukas walked to the corner of the room and lifted one leg like a schoolboy being punished for not doing homework.
"Just for a little while, okay" Lukas pleaded.
"We'll see how my mood goes."
"Fine, even if it's for hours, as long as there's a reward" Lukas glanced downward at his little buddy, and Alana immediately knew what he meant.
"Tch…"
"Deal"
"Who said anything about a deal"
"Okay, deal" Lukas replied quickly, ignoring her protests. "Tonight will be hot."

Extra Part 2
On a bright morning, the city park bore witness to the joy of Lukas and Alana's little family. Lukas sat on a picnic blanket with his favorite book, while Alana busied herself arranging snacks and light meals for their children, Mia and Aidan, who were playing on the lush green grass.
Five-year-old Mia celebrated a small victory after catching a butterfly with her tiny toy net. Meanwhile, two-year-old Aidan squealed in delight, chasing another butterfly that fluttered nearby.
Lukas squinted toward the children with a smile on his face. "Do you see that, sweetheart They're bursting with energy today."
Alana smiled warmly. "Yes, they're so happy. Thank you for creating moments like this, Lukas." She lay her head on his lap, enjoying the cool breeze and peaceful atmosphere.
"Actually, we both created them, sweetheart," Lukas replied, gently placing his hand on her head. "Are you tired"
"Not really. It's just that being like this feels so peaceful."
"Take a nap if you are. I'll watch over you." Lukas kissed her forehead and softly stroked her hair. Then he took another blanket and covered her carefully.
"This tiredness doesn't burden me. I'm thankful for it, because I carry it for my children and my beloved husband." Alana sat up and kissed his cheek affectionately. "Just one kiss like this already recharges my energy. Let alone kisses from our two little angels."
"You sweet talker." Lukas peppered her cheeks with more kisses.
Now they both sat together under the warm sunlight, enjoying the serenity of the park while watching their children play in joy.
"It's been eight years, Lukas. I still can't believe how fast time flies."
"You're right. Everything passed by so quickly. Maybe because these eight years have been so beautiful, we hardly noticed them."
"Maybe…" Alana smiled softly.
"It's because they were beautiful. No doubt about that." Lukas confidently interrupted.
Not long after, Lukas called the kids to come eat the snacks Alana had prepared. They had been playing too long. It was time to refuel.
"Do you want cookies or a sandwich, Mia" Lukas asked with a grin. "Mama made them just for you."
Mia looked toward the picnic basket with sparkling eyes. "I want both All of it is mine" she declared.
Everyone laughed, and Alana handed Mia a small cookie and half of a sandwich. Aidan, still distracted by the grass, toddled over with his hands full of dirt.
Lukas picked him up and said, "You know, Aidan, this snack tastes way better than dirt." He cleaned his little hands with wet wipes and sanitizer.
Aidan looked at Lukas with a curious expression, then turned his eyes toward the cookie Mia held. "Cookies" he said with innocent wonder.
Everyone laughed again, and Lukas handed him a small piece of the chocolate milk bread. "This is a cookie, much better than dirt."
Sitting together on the picnic blanket, this family celebrated the simple joy of togetherness. They shared stories, laughed, and passed around snacks under the golden sun. The park became a sanctuary where love and happiness existed in their most sincere form.
Alana pulled out a camera from her bag and said, "Come on, let's take a family photo."
Mia and Aidan quickly nestled between Lukas and Alana, beaming wide smiles. Alana captured spontaneous shots of the moment. Afterward, they resumed playing, this time with Lukas joining in the fun.
"You'll never catch me, Papa" Mia giggled, running in circles around Lukas.
"Oh really Just wait, I have a secret trick" Lukas responded, pretending to chase her.
Alana watched with laughter, mesmerized by the joy radiating from every movement of her family. They continued to play until the sun dipped lower in the sky.
As it began to set, they gathered again on the blanket and admired the stunning sunset. Lukas wrapped an arm around Alana while their children nestled close, radiating happiness from their glowing little faces.
"Thank you, Mama and Papa, for this amazing day" Mia said sweetly as she hugged them both.
Lukas and Alana exchanged a look filled with quiet gratitude. They knew true happiness lay in these simple moments shared with family, where love and togetherness lit the way forward. As the sun finally disappeared and evening came, the family left the park with hearts full of sweet memories, ready for the next adventure, hand in hand.
