It's been three days since Cole made his escape. The plan was successful, and he has gone into hiding, which has greatly annoyed the brothers. They are all upset with me for this, and as a result, they extended the workers' leave for another week. Hearing this news frustrated me immensely. I've been doing the chores for three days now, but it feels like three years.
And no, I haven't been cleaning the entire house—just the frequently visited areas: the four brothers' bedroom, their bathroom, my room, the dining area, their offices, and the sitting room.
I avoid the other areas. I'm not sure if they've noticed, but if they have, they've never mentioned it.
It's 6:10 AM right now, and I'm trying to make breakfast for them. The brothers don't enjoy takeout, so I have no choice but to cook.
Currently, I'm preparing the simplest breakfast: fried eggs, bread, and chocolate tea. I didn't bake the bread; there's a bakery close to the house where I buy it.
