Parker took me to his company, and afterward, we left in his car. He drove to Crescent City and arrived at a private estate.
He drove to the largest house on the estate, and we got out of the vehicle.
"Welcome," the butler greeted us at the door.
"Where's Maria?" Parker asked the butler.
"She's watering the plants; I'll take you to her." The butler led us out of the main house and to the garden. In the garden, I noticed a woman who bore a striking resemblance to Parker.
Wow, I never thought I could see the female version of Parker. This is truly surprising. Is she his sister? She looks young.
"You're here." The woman was watering the flowers but stopped when she saw us.
"Where's she?" Parker fixed his gaze on her.
"Oh, she's not back from school, but she'll be back in an hour or so. You can wait, right?" The lady briefly looked at him before shifting her gaze to me. Once she focused on me, I smiled and offered my greetings.
"Good day to you, Miss," I greeted her.
