In a lab in the vampire territory of the human world, a man was running some tests on a woman tied before him.
She had short blonde hair and red eyes. Her appearance was disheveled and haggard. Looking like a beggar on the street yet the man remained indifferent. Suddenly, an alarm sounded, the man hearing the emergency siren was so panicked that he didn't notice that the woman's body was surrounded by a cyan colour barrier.
At that moment, a huge and deadly hailstorm in the summer season appeared in the vampire territory.
The temperature dropped by a huge margin, the freezing cold reached up to - 15 degree Celsius. The temperature continued to drop till it reached (-60) yet it didn't stop and dropped so low that each and every living thing was frozen to death, horror visible in their eyes.
At this moment, the woman looked around her but only saw ice and death. Corpses of the researchers and workers. She didn't sympathise but she realised how terrifying the cold was. Suddenly, the laboratory door opened and a blond guy with a group of girls. The guy looked around the room and waved his hand casually.
The cold in the room vanished, like it never existed and the room returned to normal.
The man walked in front of the woman and used magic to release her. Kneeling and holding the woman in his hands, he presented his neck to the woman.
The expression on the woman's face became ferocious and she bit on his neck like a beast. The man didn't resist, when the woman was done drinking his blood, all her wounds were healed.
The man, Riser looked at the woman, Valerie Tepes who had a blank look on her face. The days of torture and over use of her sacred gear broke her body and mind. She was desperate, desperate for a ray of light in her dark world.
Riser looked at Valerie and said, "Valerie Tepes, come with me, join me. I, Riser Phoenix of the Phenex Devil house need you, become my strength and sword and I shall be your destiny. You can meet Gasper as well."
This was her light, her light was here for her in this dark world. His words echoed in her mind, 'I need you, become my strength and I will be with you.'

A few moments ago, when he and his peerage arrived here, he used his storm alicorn and ice bloodline to make the whole territory a frozen hell. He created a shield on the innocent people and children imprisoned by the vampires and killed the remaining directly. After resquing Valerie, he used his powers and the whole territory was clear of snow, not a single particle left. No one will be able to find the culprit behind this massacre.
The dead say nothing and the living don't know anything.
At his mansion, Riser and his peerage were in the living room, looking at the unconscious body of Valerie. She slowly opened her eyes and looked around, she first noticed Riser sipping tea leisurely on the sofa. Then, she looked at all the women in the room and after a while turned back her gaze to Riser, "If you are wondering why I saved you, we'll I need your strength and if I had left you be, you would have become a puppet for a powerful organisation. I will ask again, Valerie Tepes, will you be will to be my ally and help me?"
"Yes my lord, I am willing to do anything for you." Valerie got on one kneel and accepted immediately.
Riser took out a bishop evil piece and merged it with Valerie's body. After reincarnating her, Riser finally had time to rest and implement his next plan. He went to his room with Katerea and Ingvild on each side. He worked hard and now it was time for his reward.
After a passionate night with the aunt-niece duo, Riser was finally going to to implement his plans.
He got ready and went to his villa in the human world in Kuoh Town. At noon, he used a magic circle to teleport him and his peerage to the Occult Research Club.
In the Occult Research club, Rias was sitting on the sofa smiling, there were Koneko, Kiba and Akeno with her. Rias was happy with Issei's sacred gear, she now had a winning factor against Riser, as long as Issei defeats Riser, she will surely win the rating game.
Suddenly, a blue magic circle with Phoenix sigil appeared on the floor.
Rias had a gloomy expression, taking a 180 degree turn, others were the same except Koneko who had a neutral expression but there was a small smile at the corner of her mouth.
From the circle, Riser appeared with his original peerage not intending to show his recent ones. He had practiced with his peerage to act arrogant and lustful in front of Rias.
" Rias, Riser am here to get you." Riser said with practiced ease.
"Riser, I told you, I will not marry you. You will never get my heart." Rias said frowning. Kiba stood in front of Rias, shielding her.
"Even a mere servant dares to stand up against Riser. Rias put a leash on your dog."
Koneko was baffled by this sudden change in Riser's personality but she chose to keep quite and watch.
"Riser, I can break the marriage if I win the resting game against you." Rias said smugly.
Riser had an urge to roll his eyes,like you had any chance of winning. Just then, another blue magic circle appeared on the floor and Riser frowned seeing this.
As Greyfia appeared from the circle, he said," So, did Lord siscon issue on order to save his sister? "
Grayfia frowned hearing this but still said, " Lord Lucifer has ordered that the rating game between the two will be held two days later.
Riser not wanting to meddle with this annoying maid left silently.
"Rias, I have been tasked to help you train yourself and your peerage." Greyfia said expressionlessly.
Back on the Phenex mansion, Riser and his peerage settled down on the couches. He told his peerage to relaxe and work hard when needed.
He didn't even need plans for tomorrow's fight. Rias was weak and so was her peerage.
He practiced his moon breathing which combined perfectly with his ice bloodline.
At night, when he entered his room to shower, he found Shea the silly rabbit and Valerie the Dampire on his bed.
They grabbed him and pulled him on the bed, then started a milanium old fight, bloody and sweaty.
The next morning, after fucking the two silly like a rabbit, Riser went up to the same routine.
Two days passed, soon the day of the duel arrived. Riser has started putting his palns on action.
