——————Narrator——————
This was the time when Lester performed healing magic on all sick and injured individuals in Bell Kingdom.
Minutes after Lester went to sleep, Klaus and Lukas decided to talk to the seven siblings in the dining room without Ally and Alliza's presence.
In Klaus' and Lukas' eyes, Lester is their absolute master, a source of purpose, amusement, power, and potential.
Despite Lester's inability to recognize himself as their master and his power as one, Klaus and Lukas respect his wishes, even if they're said or unsaid by him.
Through the effects of soul link, Klaus and Lukas are able to deeply know the wishes of Lester as well as get a glimpse of his personality.
Lester didn't want to hurt anyone, and because of Klaus' prideful lineage, and Lukas' logical lineage, they found it hard to adjust their nature to Lester's wishes.
Underestimated, belittled, and insulted. Lester suffered these from the seven siblings and because of that, Klaus' and Lukas' determined change in their nature faltered for a moment.
With Lester's power, the seven didn't dare question the two's request of meeting in the dining room.
For the two, it was a meeting but for the seven it was something else entirely.
Seven chairs, placed to form a circle by the two. There they demanded the seven to sit and stay until they were done with the meeting.
After the seven had sat, it was time for the meeting to begin.
The meeting consisted of no words. Klaus opened the meeting by emitting his destructive aura containing coercive properties. Lukas ended the meeting by emitting his regenerative aura containing healing properties.
The two didn't seem satisfied with how fast the meeting ended. So in an alternation of their emission of aura. Klaus released his aura then Lukas.
Repeating a cycle of destructive and regenerative atmosphere. Not only was it physically sickening, it was also emotionally and psychologically disruptive.
Tortured physically, emotionally, and psychologically in the span of an hour. The sevens' pride, arrogance, and ignorance were completely wiped out.
It only took an hour but it felt like eternity for the seven. This meeting allowed the seven to rethink their whole morals in entirety.
People who are weak tend to create a mindset that they're always going to be weak. No matter how aware someone can be, people who are deluded and in denial will never accept a reality that doesn't align with what they believe.
——————End Narration——————
For a brief minute, our crimes didn't matter, as the king and all the dwarves around us were visibly shocked.
An Elemental Colossal... Water Serpent... Based on the name and the way the dwarf was panicked and out of breath means it was a monster and a troubling one.
"You five! Hurry to the mines now!" The king panicked.
Before the five dwarves who were surrounding us went to the mines, I wanted to offer a hand.
I stood up and spoke, "Your Majesty. May we offer a hand? Based on your tone, this monster isn't something your people can normally handle. I apologize for my words, but you can punish us however you'd like after this monster is defeated." I said in a bold tone.
I knew a little bit about behavior and I wanted to see what monsters look like in this world because I haven't been able to encounter one.
The king hesitated, the five dwarves were left with no choice but to stay for the king's decision. Time was rushing him but he was quicker.
"I accept your offer, but we won't hold ourselves responsible for your death." He made a decision.
After I acknowledged his decision, he ordered the five dwarves to go to the mines now and told us to follow the five.
We followed the five dwarves into the mines and we were led into this tunnel cave where there were so many minerals shining brightly.
As we went deeper, we could see a vast space with bright minerals in all directions. There was also a huge blue snake attacking someone, and there were injured people surrounding the snake.
The person was about to be attacked by the snake so I had to fly there as quickly as possible. From far away it was dark blue but upon closer inspection it turned translucent.
When the snake attacked the dwarf, he swung his pickaxe, only for it to phase through the snake. It must have been its ability, the ability to turn its whole body into liquid.
I instructed the two to help carry the injured dwarfs as well as the conscious dwarf so they are away from danger.
When solid matter is hit by an instant change of temperature like a cold temperature, its conduction of the cold spreads about the matter slowly.
However, when a liquid is hit by an instant change of temperature like a cold temperature, the liquid is instantly frozen because not only the ice helps freeze the liquid, it's also sped up, making it an instant transformation of liquid to solid.
Using my water magic Frost Touch, the snake instantly froze to death. When the snake froze and its body turned into ice, the whole monster collapsed due to its size and weight.
There I only noticed that there was a glowing blue stone in the remains of the Water Serpent.
I went to check on the injured to heal them only to find that the two had already healed all of them. The injured were healed but they were still unconscious due to the pain they endured.
The five were visibly shocked and amazed. They probably saw the two heal all the injured, the two are kings so it's natural that they're impressive and other people are amazed by them.
More dwarves came and they carried all the injured into a safe place. That was our cue to go back to where the king was.
We were once again presented in front of the king of dwarves. Though, the first thing that happened was the dwarf in front of us whispered something to the king.
The whole time the king had been sitting, he stood and walked down until I could see his face. His steps from walking from his throne to in front of me were so heavy that I could feel it.
His face looked rough but in a good way, his gaze was so tense that I felt embarrassed that he's looking at me like I had done something bad.
Our eyes met for a second. I began to notice, little by little, that his face began to soften until his face expressed a gentle smile.
"Thank you for your help." His right hand reached out to me gesturing a handshake.
I acknowledged his handshake and we shook hands at that moment. "It was no problem, the monster was pretty easy to beat." I spoke.
"I see. Unfortunately, forging a fake guild card is a crime in this continent unless your identity is proven to be legitimate by someone of higher power." He said to me,
Higher power? Does he mean Francis? I could bring him here so he would validate my identity for me.
"Is that so? Do you mind if I bring someone here then?" I replied.
"Only if they're of higher power then they can come to this kingdom." he replied back.
Alright! Let's ask Francis first if he's available today. "Hello, Francis. Are you available?" I spoke telepathically.
"I am available, Young Sir." he spoke back. Young Sir? That's new, anyway I'll just let him do that because I'm in no position to correct a king. "Can you come to the dining area? I need you to validate something for me." I requested.
After a minute, I teleported to the dining area and brought Francis with me here in the kingdom of dwarves.
"This is Francis, the king-" my introduction of Francis was interrupted.
Both kings facing one another. Standing still looking at each other. They both looked surprised, and their facial expressions looked weird. Did I do something wrong?
"Prepare us a room now!" The king of dwarves shouted his order.
Dwarves panicked around us and moved fast to quickly do the order the king gave. Five minutes later we were escorted by a large number of guards into a room.
Two comfortable seats facing each other and a small one at the center. It was obvious that the one facing each other seats' would be the kings and mine would be the small one.
The obvious became true and the two comfortable seats were assigned to both kings and mine was the small one.
From the distance of the chairs, it looked like we formed a triangle. Ten minutes passed and they're still looking at each other, tense as if they wanted to say something but couldn't.
He turned his chair onto me, "Hey kid. Why is the king of Bell here?" The king of dwarves scolded me.
Ha? "You told me that my identity has to be proven by a higher power so I brought Francis, the king of Bell." I responded, confused.
He didn't seem satisfied with my answer, Francis stayed silent and visibly uncomfortable while the king of dwarves of dwarves scolded me.
"May I ask, is it rude for the king of Bell to be here?" I asked, respectfully.
"Please let me be the one to answer your question." Francis pleaded. "The reason why there is confusion and uncomfortability is because kings are not supposed to meet and converse like this unless for urgent and critical scenarios." He informed me.
Oh no. That's why they're behaving like this...
"I now realize that I have made a mistake. I ask for your forgiveness, please accept my apology." I stood up, bowed and apologized, with my left arm placed in my back and my right placed in my left upper chest.
"It's not really for me to forgive you, kid. This situation is just sudden and highly unusual." The king of dwarves said.
"I see. If there's anything I can do to make up for it, please do so." I spoke.
"How about we start over?"" he proposed.
"Okay. Let me be the one to introduce myself first. I am Lester, and these are my companions, Klaus and Lukas." I introduced myself and the two that were in my back.
Is it bad that I liked the fact that since I became very insecure about how I look socially that I ended up learning stuff like manners and etiquette? Though, it's not like they're flawless because it's not like I can practice my etiquette to real kings back in my old world.
The kings introduced themselves for the sake of me. The King of Dwarves, his name is Jurien Darfen.
Francis validated my identity as well as Klaus' and Lukas' so it was time for Francis to go back to Bell. "Now that we're all acquainted and Francis has validated my identity as well as my companions, I'd like Francis to go back to Bell." I informed Jurien.
He laughed. But during his laugh, it gave me time to realize to ask for a dwarf to create a blueprint and layout for the academies.
"That's right! Is it possible to ask for a dwarf to create a blueprint and layout for buildings we'd like to create?" I asked Jurien.
"Of course, we'll offer great compensation for the dwarves." I added.
"Is that so? I can grant you that, but I'll need to know what buildings you want to create in the kingdom of Bell." Jurien demanded.
"The thing is, the kingdom of Bell and Draven has never been on the same page. What you're asking is something I can easily grant but it's not something I can easily grant to a kingdom like Bell." He added.
I knew he was a king of integrity. Even I wouldn't associate with a kingdom like Bell knowingly they treat their population like that.
"I see. If that's the case then the reason why you should grant us must be absolute or compelling enough for you to grant it. However, I am unable to inform you with details with only myself and my words, so is it possible for me to show you it?" I said to Jurien.
"It? Interesting. Show me." He replied, amused.
Slowly I took one of the proposals in my soul space. Taking something from soul space isn't exactly creating a small portal then taking something out, if I take something out it just instantly appears in my hands, or basically in any part of my body.
He was hesitant at first due to trust issues but later took the chance of reading it.
The proposal I created wasn't flawless, long, or complete. Francis said it'd take time for the actual proposal to be created and mass produced.
But the idea was there in the proposal so I figured it was fine to show it to Jurien even if it wasn't perfect. I sure do hope that it is up to the standards of a king. I'd like to impress Jurien as much as possible.
Two minutes later after he started reading the proposal, he was shocked. "Hey, kid! Is what I'm reading right?" he quickly said to me, surprised.
"Are you really doing everything that's in here, King of Bell?" Jurien turned to Francis and asked him.
"Yes." Francis calmly replied.
"Oh? Is that so? Based on the history of your kingdom, this idea would be contradictory, would you mind telling me the reason for this change?" Jurien asked Francis.
"Please look to your right." Francis replied.
Are they looking at me? I don't know... Maybe they're looking at the two, I did notice that Francis and the siblings were visibly uncomfortable whenever the two were around so that must be the reason.
"I'm sure you've heard what "Beacons of the Holy" is. Look to your right and you'll see who's responsible for that." Francis added.
Jurien made an expression of shock after learning what Francis told him. I'm not sure what "Beacons of the Holy" but it seems like it's impressive because of how Jurien expressed himself after hearing it.
"I've made my decision. I'll grant your request. However, I have two conditions: (1) The king of Bell and Draven will be temporarily and unofficially allied; and (2) The two kingdoms will create a permanent alliance with another once the proposal is fully implemented." Juried spoke, determined.
Woah... I don't know what it means though so I'll just let Francis take care of it.
"Additionally, the kingdom of Draven will officially support Bell's construction, and through this support, this kingdom will dispatch five thousand elite dwarves." Jurien added.
Five thousand? That's amazing... Why would he do that though? Well he did say that they are creating an alliance, even if temporarily, it still counts. I'm not good with politics even before and I certainly wouldn't know it now so I really can't explain nor determine if what I'm hearing is good or bad but it sounds more good than bad.
I would have liked instantly teleporting all the dwarves into Bell but that'd take an enormous amount of mana, since teleportation skills run off mana and I don't have enough mana to do that even if I divided it into groups.
{Analyzing possible solutions...} {Success.}
{Supreme skill [Ultimate Prodigy] can be sacrificed to evolve superior skill [Teleportation].} {Proceed process?}
Oh really? Losing a skill I won't be able to use completely isn't that bad so my answer to that is super duper yes!
{Sacrificing supreme skill [Ultimate Prodigy] to evolve superior skill [Teleportation]...} {Success.}
{Superior skill [Teleportation] has evolved into Supreme skill [Lord of Teleportation].}
{Mana requirement has greatly been reduced allowing you to teleport five thousand individuals all at once.}
Cool! Thanks to you, I'd be able to instantly teleport all the dwarves at once.
Francis and Jurien were both shocked when I offered to teleport all the dwarves at once but later got over it.
Jurien didn't want to waste any time so he had the five thousand dwarves ready in the arena. It was so big that even with the five thousand people present, there was still some space visible empty.
It only took an hour for the dwarves to gather and there I used my teleportation skill to teleport them to the locations where each academy would be built.
Since there were five thousand of them and seven academies to be built. There were seven hundred and exceeding in each location.
But before I teleported all the dwarves, I teleported the seven dwarves responsible for creating the blueprint and layout as well as leading all the construction.
Unno, Doso, Tress, Katro, Sinko, Saisse, and Syette. These were the names of the seven dwarves. It only took them an hour to create the blueprint. As expected from elite dwarves.
They basically handled everything and even included all the rooms in the proposals I created so I was only here as a means of transportation.
After the blueprint was created, I teleported the dwarves into the locations. The dwarves also asked for materials and I gave it to them. Though they were surprised that they were lacking some materials, I assured them by replicating the materials to have an amount where there can be extra.
Just after all that, I was able to start my idea into creation with only a few days and a few hours. I was happy that I didn't even realize I exhausted too much mana from the use of my skills and went to a forced sleep.
It took me two days to recover from excessive use of my skills and mana exhaustion. It made sense to me that skills exhausts your physical body and mental state. While magic exhausts your mana.
Klaus and Lukas always worry every time I am forced to sleep. But if this keeps happening to me, they'll probably get used to it. I easily got used to it because sleeping until I'm tired was a common occurrence for me.
The seven dwarves informed me that the buildings can be done in approximately one week. It surprised me at first but the large numbers and their exceptional building abilities really made the construction fast.
After getting permission from Francis, I asked Unno to create an Adventurer's Guild so that the kingdom can register and recognize adventurers.
It needed approval for Jurien too so I teleported us to Draven and got the permission. After all things that happened, it took two days for them to create the Adventurer's Guild.
Two weeks have passed and the buildings were successfully constructed and I have teleported the dwarves back from the kingdom of Draven and recovered from excessive use of my skill.
The construction of the buildings were just a step into implementing the whole proposal. I still needed students, instructors, and staff.
It would be easy to find staff and students here in Bell but it won't be enough to fill even just thirty percent. We needed more, before implementation, we needed to make sure that there are enough people for us to launch the academies.

That's pretty much about it. When I asked Francis about the staff, student, and instructor issue. He told me all about the kingdom of Verde.
He emphasized that the kingdom of Bell and Verde are on good terms. Bell supplies Verde with military power and protection while Verde supplies Bell with organic and high quality ingredients such as fruits, vegetables, and many more.
During that time, I struggled to think about how I was going to travel again to go there because it was still a requirement even though my skill evolved.
It was also that moment that World's Voice informed me that during the time I flew really fast to the kingdom of dwarves, I visited Verde, even if just a second and that still counts for the requirement of the teleportation skill.
I guess it's time for me to visit Verde. I'd like to see the kingdom who allows Bell to have fresh ingredients and high quality foods.
Alright! Off we go!
