Miranda's POV
"Marshall!"
Alpha Colton's voice boomed inside the room and all the bones in my body trembled from shock.
My eyes flew to the door, and I saw Alpha Colton standing there with the glorious art I painted on his face.
How did he find me here?
I jumped from the bed and his gaze darkened when he saw it.
"Alpha Colton… You're awake!" I laughed nervously, walking towards the window.
"Emily…. Can you direct Alpha Colton to his study room? I think he got lost," I signalled for Emily to take him away but she stared back at me with a blank expression.
"I came here to clean," She muttered, then turned away from me. "But it looks like someone came here before me,"
"I shall take my leave," She bowed slightly to Alpha Colton, skipped to his right, and zoomed off.
No wait!
"Hehe, that was weird," I laughed nervously, then looked away from him. I walked to the window and placed my finger on it.
