The man looked at him in a daze but didn't stop, he laughed and said, "The law doesn't say we can't hurt ghouls! Don't get in my way!"
Jotaro's face darkened. He grabbed the man's collar and said coldly, "If the law can't judge you, then I'll judge you myself."
A wave of pressure burst from Jotaro's body. He raised his fist high, the middle-aged man finally got scared.
"Y-you're not really going to hit me, are you? I'm human! Hurting me is against the law!"
Jotaro clenched his fist and slowly relaxed it, his light green eyes staring coldly.
"You're right."
"ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA!"
Star Platinum appeared instantly, launching a barrage of punches at the man, sending him flying.
Jotaro pressed down the brim of his hat and said in a low voice, "Stands aren't bound by the law, thanks for the reminder."
