Year 7992 BI
The people of Gorisa are facing a prolonged monetary and economic crisis after their president took hostage and threatened the high-ranking officials of the supreme court, allowing him to escape and win decisively in the 7992 BI elections.

"Everyone is facing the pressures of life; officials only care about themselves and the interests of their party coalition." "No. This is for a new order; we must think about the future." "What kind of future? The state only makes us slaves, silencing us all from speaking out about justice." "Migola, believe me. You will become an important person for our group; we will get a project from Zorian, a special organization for the president's buzzers." "Haaa? What do you mean? We work for the government?" "Yes, that's right. For the future of the nation and the golden generation of Gorisa, we, as great students, must prioritize the future of the nation." "Do you think there is a future there?" "At least for us to survive in this crisis, there is." Zinder exclaimed.
Migola and Zinder are two outstanding students at the University of Gorisa, a university that is a mainstay for young people to receive education but also a very fast and precise pathway to directly enter parliament or government.
Connections and university relationships tend to be very significant in building relationships and progress for someone in Gorisa to become a member of parliament and an official in the country.
"Think carefully, Migola; being idealistic in youth is indeed very appealing, but what is more important is the guarantee of the future, right? We will follow the way it works, and maybe we can change it from within later," Zinder explained to convince his friend Migola.
"I'll think about it first, Zin; I'll let you know soon, let's play again."
"Alright, I will go along with your wishes, but we need to stay in line with our brothers and sisters who are calling for the president's impeachment; there will be another demonstration next week, right?"
"For what? Don't we just need to tell them not to do it? At least reduce their numbers."
"We know their motives; they are also doing it for freedom of expression, right?"
"Hahaha, they are clueless, Mig; they are funded by the government but still dare to protest against the government itself," Zinder said.
Migola was left speechless by Zinder's words; after all, he was also one of the people he was talking about.
_._
Anders woke up from his sleep, but the voice continued to echo in his head.
"Hello, grandfather, I am Zereka from the year 8100 AI; I want to awaken the memories from the year 7992 BI. Without your consent, I cannot enter the system of life in your time," Zereka said.
It had been a month since that dream kept appearing in Anders' head.
_._
Suddenly, war broke out that year, a war with a system that aimed to destroy systems, finances, and plunge the internet into darkness.
Anders panicked because he knew nothing; everything related to technology and electricity was completely down.
Chaos erupted everywhere.
The country of Gorisa was in total disarray, and the whole world was also experiencing extraordinary chaos.
That day, Thursday, November 23, 7992 BI.
Zinder and Migola, who entered a system that triggered the manipulation of space and time, received a hack from the future.
This caused chaos in all systems, spreading like an internet virus and electrical mechanisms, shutting down all devices and technologies that relied on electricity and the internet.
Everyone in the Republic of Gorisa immediately scattered.
In the streets, chaos ensued; all systems were completely down, a day of darkness and loss of everything. Because of a virus that killed all systems, rapidly spreading through the internet.
"Haaaaa???? What happened, Zinder??" Migola shouted.
"I got a secret code, Zinder, and I entered it into the system thread," Zinder said.
"A virus? Why did you enter it? I already warned you not to input it into the URL system thread," Migola replied.
As fellow students in the information and cyber systems, Zinder and Migola were two geniuses who could hack systems several steps into the future through the artificial intelligence database panel they created.
A highly advanced system that surpassed its time, capable of pulling databases of events that would happen in the future.
But it turned out they were trapped by a syndicate from the future, to implant a virus into their system.
The virus named Past7992 referred to that year, causing a shift in systems and time that seemed to stop instantly.
The incident threw the entire world into chaos in just a matter of seconds, minutes, and hours. No one knew what was happening; all systems, even in the most advanced countries, were completely paralyzed. No one could stop the virus that moved through the internet, electricity, or application media. That was what happened; the Past7992 virus truly destroyed everything within minutes to hours, spreading across the globe. Meanwhile, throughout the country, the largest riots occurred, with all banks and financial institutions being looted by the masses.
"All systems are in chaos; we don't know what is happening, but it seems that no one can provide information or any announcements from the government. The public can only get electricity from generator sets," said the local security chief or police officer on duty. "The public is urged to maintain order and not create riots," he said while patrolling the streets. But no one knew what was happening in that instant. Everyone seemed like blind people. By nightfall, all countries appeared to be in complete darkness. Everything that used systems, transmission, and the internet was completely down.
"Could we be the cause of this?" Zinder asked Migola. "I don't know for sure, but it seems this is part of a virus planted from the future, because the last time we saw the virus, it used the word 'past' and was accompanied by this year," shouted Migola. On that day, as a worker from the labor class in the Republic of Gorisa, Anders did not perform his usual work; the death of all systems and the internet caused the world to suddenly collapse that very day. Although Anders went to the construction site where he worked, his boss asked all employees to go home.
"It seems all the electricity is indeed out," said his mother. "I don't know either, Mom; we, as the lower class in this slum, are the last to get our electricity restored," Anders said, then lay down on the worn-out pandan mat. That night, Anders fell into a deep sleep. "Hello, Grandpa, let me introduce myself; I am Zereka from the future. I come from the year 8100 AI, and I use a DNA memory nerve system that connects me back to the year 7992 BI," said the robotic girl. This time, Anders mustered the courage to speak directly. Previously, he always woke up when he had that dream.
"Who are you? Why do you claim to be from the future?" "I had to enter the memory nerve system through DNA to avoid an event that would create chaos and a new era in your world," Zereka said. "Huh? I don't understand; indeed today all the electricity is out, and information from our boss says all the internet is also down," Anders replied. "So it has happened?" Zereka was shocked. "What do you mean? I don't understand what you mean," said Anders, who still did not comprehend at all what was happening to the entire world that day.
"Allow me to take over the neuron system in your mind; I will take you to a transmission in our world." "Huh? I don't understand what you mean at all," Anders insisted. "Have you ever heard of the term 'suspended animation'? You will experience the same thing exactly," Zereka said. "So you mean? I will be in suspended animation in the real world? And I won't be able to wake up?" Anders asked. "In a way, yes, but scientifically, I will bring your consciousness system through dreams stored in memory neurons and take it to the future," Zereka explained. "Will this make me sick or be considered dead?" Anders asked, who was not very convinced of Zereka. "Do you want to turn on the electricity and internet system today?" Zereka asked, increasingly annoyed. "Yes, I want to; Grandpa, enter this transmission door," Zereka said while pressing a system on her own hand and producing a door that looked like a portal. "Will I be safe?" Anders asked. "I guarantee your safety, but not in the real world. For the nerve system, I can ensure it is safe," Zereka said.
Anders appeared very hesitant. But Zereka, seeing her grandfather's hesitation, quickly opened the door and kicked him right in front of the still-open door. In just a fraction of a second, Anders was about to wake up from his dream, but his nerve system made him feel as if he were falling into a state without space and time, as if he had fallen into outer space.
