Next Scene...
Teasing Jay, Hansika said, "Brother! You were the one who said your toothpaste was finished. Well, actually mine was! So I had to take yours."
Jay immediately called Aman and told him everything. Without wasting a moment, Aman finalized a deal with a toothpaste company and sent the papers to Jay.
Handing over the documents to Hansika, Jay said, "Here, take these papers. Now leave my mom and me alone."
Hansika laughed, accepting the papers, and said, "Brother! Think a hundred times before messing with Hansika."
She handed him the room key and walked away.
Inside the room, Sanjana was pacing nervously. Just then, Jay stepped in and hugged her from behind. "Sorry, love. I was late because Hansika wouldn't let me in. She was standing guard like a watchdog!"
Sanjana hesitated, "Jay ji… I mean…"
Jay looked at her with surprise, "Jay ji? Wow… interesting."
Changing her tone quickly, Sanjana said, "I mean, Jay… tonight we can't… you know…"
Jay asked, "What? And why not?"
Sanjana replied, "The thing husband and wife usually do on their first night… we can't do that."
"Why not?" he asked again.
She looked down and said, "Because I'm on my period."
Jay forced a smile and said, "That's alright. Next time."
They both hugged and fell asleep in each other's arms.
The Next Day
Divya ji and Hansika were packing their bags when Jay walked into the room and asked, "Maasi, I heard you're leaving for England? So suddenly?"
Divya ji replied, "Yes, beta. Hansika's grandfather isn't well, so I have to go."
Seeing Hansika crying, Jay asked, "What happened, Hansika? Why are you crying?"
Without answering, Hansika ran into his arms, sobbing.
Jay was a little shocked and said playfully, "The one who always makes others cry is crying herself now."
Jay called Aman and asked him to get the private jet ready.
Within minutes, Aman arrived and said, "Jay, the jet is ready."
Seeing Aman, Divya ji wiped Hansika's tears and pulled her along, saying, "Okay Jay, we're leaving."
She walked past Aman, and he looked away, his eyes welling up.
Jay noticed and asked, "Aman, why are your eyes red?"
Aman laughed, "Because you didn't let me sleep last night! Your toothpaste company deal kept me awake."
"Anyway, I'm heading to the office now," he said and left.
The truth was, Aman and Hansika had been in love since childhood—something Jay had no idea about.
Flashback: The Previous Night
When Hansika handed the bedroom key to Jay and left, she noticed Aman entering his room.
She ran after him, hugged him tight, and kissed him.
Just then, Divya ji came out of her room and saw them. She was furious.
Storming up to them, she slapped Hansika hard.
Holding her cheek, Hansika cried, "Mom! Why did you slap me?"
Divya ji, fuming, said, "Shameless girl! Don't you feel any guilt doing such things?"
Hansika shot back, "What's so shameful about loving someone, Mom? I love Aman."
Aman stepped forward, "Yes, aunty. We love each other."
Divya ji replied sternly, "Aman, you're a good boy, but you're not good enough for Hansika. She's a princess. She spends more in a day than you probably earn in a month."
Aman lowered his head, silently listening.
Hansika cried, "Mom, do you even hear what you're saying? Didn't you marry Dad for love?"
Divya ji responded, "Yes, I did. But I didn't just fall for his looks—I fell for his power and money."
Hansika retorted, "Then what about Maasi? Mosa ji didn't have power or money, yet she married him."
Divya ji laughed, "True. But at least your uncle had talent. He built a small company into one of the top 10 in India. And Jay followed in his footsteps to become Asia's No. 1 businessman. What does Aman have? He's got nothing but enough talent to be someone's PA for life."
Aman, holding back his emotions, lifted his head and said, "Hansika, your mom is right. I can't give you the happiness you deserve."
Hansika cried, "No, Aman. Don't say that! I'll live with you in any condition. I don't care."
She turned to her mother, "You may have said no to this relationship, but Dad hasn't. I'll call him and talk right now."
As she reached for her phone, Divya ji stopped her and said, "No need. I'll call him myself."
She called her husband, Kinshuk, and told him everything. He was furious. He scolded Hansika harshly and got into a heated argument with her. Finally, on a video call, he placed a pistol to his temple and warned, "If you take any wrong step, you'll be the reason your dad dies."
Divya ji calmed him down and assured him she would handle everything and return to London soon.
In the end, Hansika had to surrender to her parents' will.
Divya ji looked at Aman and said, "Son, maybe you think I'm wrong today. But the day you become a father to a daughter, you'll understand why I did what I did."
"And one more thing," she added, "Promise me you'll never tell Jay about this. Understand?"
Saying this, she pulled Hansika away and left.
