As Garp and Raidon stood on the frozen sea platform created by Raidon's power, they locked eyes, each sensing the growing strength within the other. Raidon, empowered by the Ryu Ryu no Mi, Model: Velzard, was evolving with every passing second of combat. The mythical Zoan fruit boosted his resilience, power, and adaptability. Meanwhile, Garp, rejuvenated by the Tori Tori no Mi, Model: Vermillion Bird, was reclaiming the overwhelming might he once wielded against the likes of Rocks and Roger. The Devil Fruit was slowly reversing the toll of age on his body, reigniting his legendary vitality.
In perfect synchronicity, they both shifted into their hybrid forms. Raidon resembled a draconic version of Natsu, covered in gleaming blue scales, his wings radiating with frost and energy. Garp's form evoked Marco's phoenix state, but with deep vermilion flames crackling around him, radiating intense heat and healing energy.
Without hesitation, they charged. Their claws, coated in hardened Armament Haki, clashed with explosive force, sending a shockwave across the battlefield. The frozen sea groaned beneath them.
Garp soared into the sky. Once he reached a satisfying altitude, he began his descent, his right arm glowing with a fierce concentration of Conqueror's Haki. Raidon recognized the setup: Garp was preparing Galaxy Impact—now enhanced with fire. Raidon drew deeply from his Zoan powers, preparing to counter at full strength.
"GALAXY SUPERNOVA!" Garp roared, unleashing a devastating punch imbued with Haki and Vermillion fire—an attack rivaling an intense stellar explosion.
"Dragon Breath!" Raidon countered, firing a concentrated beam of icy energy. Like Garp, he infused it with both Conqueror's and Advanced Armament Haki. The two techniques collided, locked in a violent deadlock. The resulting explosion shattered large sections of the ice platform.
Raidon quickly refrosted the sea beneath them, restoring the battlefield. Without hesitation, he summoned ten Ice Lances, launching them at Garp. The Marine Hero dodged one and punched another, using fire and Haki to shatter it mid-air. Then, with his Haki glowing in Emission Form, Garp lunged forward.
Raidon met him head-on, their attacks colliding again—this time both using their Devil Fruits and Haki simultaneously. But despite Raidon's efforts, Garp began to push the advantage. His restored strength, years of battle experience, and overwhelming willpower began tipping the scales in his favor.
After hours of relentless combat, Garp finally landed a devastating punch directly into Raidon's abdomen. The impact sent Raidon hurtling backward, but before he could stabilize himself mid-air, Garp was already above him. With impeccable timing, Garp struck downward, slamming Raidon toward the ice below. Then, as Raidon descended, Garp launched an uppercut—his fist blazing with Armament and Conqueror's Haki—hitting Raidon squarely in the chest and sending him rocketing skyward.
The three consecutive full-power blows, each layered with overwhelming Haki, nearly brought Raidon to collapse. His body screamed in pain, bones aching, vision blurred—but his will refused to give in. He had already lost to Garp once. He wouldn't accept defeat a second time.
As he reached the apex of his flight, Raidon roared, transforming into his full beast form—a massive Ice Dragon, his wings stretching across the sky, scales glinting like polished sapphire. Power surged through him. With a deep inhale, he charged a colossal ice blast, energy coalescing in his throat, the temperature around him plummeting instantly.
Garp, sensing the spike in energy and the coming attack, narrowed his eyes. Flames flared around him in anticipation.
Raidon unleashed a powerful blast from his mouth just as Garp released an overwhelming torrent of fire. However, the cold produced by Raidon's attack was so intense that it began extinguishing Garp's flames. Garp attempted to amplify his attack, but he was ultimately overwhelmed and encased in ice.
Seizing the moment, Raidon dove at high speed, shifting into his hybrid form and coating his claws with Haki.
"Galaxy Divide," he shouted, mimicking Garp's signature move—but instead of a punch, he slashed downward with his claws. The impact split the entire ice platform in two, the rupture extending to where Garp remained frozen. As the claws struck the icy prison, it cracked and shattered, wounding Garp and leaving a deep, bleeding gash on his body. Yet Garp only laughed at the injury, his Mythical Zoan Devil Fruit already accelerating his recovery.
Without pause, Raidon lunged again, closing the distance. Garp, still standing amidst the shards of broken ice, made no move to defend—almost as if he were daring Raidon to strike.
Raidon struck again with a flurry of Haki-coated slashes, each one more intense than the last, his icy aura spreading through the battlefield like a blizzard. Garp, though bloodied, stood tall and grinning—his vermilion flames now blazing hotter, pushing back against the cold with renewed strength. The clash of their elemental powers carved the sky and cracked the frozen sea beneath them.
"You okay, old man? It seems that you are struggling back there," Raidon said mockingly, though he spoke through gritted teeth, panting but unwilling to retreat.
Garp chuckled. "No, brat. I'm holding on. But it seems that you are getting tired already."
In an instant, both warriors launched toward each other—Raidon with a claw imbued with Advanced Conqueror's and Armament Haki, and Garp with a punch carrying the weight of decades of battle. Their collision erupted in a blast of energy that leveled the ice for miles and sent shockwaves into the clouds.
When the storm settled, Raidon was on one knee, breathing heavily, while Garp stood, also wounded, his arm steaming with spent power. For a long moment, neither moved. Then Garp exhaled, his form reverting to human, flames gently flickering out.
"It's been so long that I managed to use that kind of strength, who knew just eating a Devil Fruit would make me go back to the prime strength of my life, it's now clear why there are a lot of people wanting to eat Devil Fruits," Garp said, while smiling, contemplating on his strength,
Raidon, slowly rising, managed a smile.
They both laughed—wounded, exhausted, and satisfied.
The fight was over. There was no winner. But both had gained something more valuable: mutual respect, growth, and a bond forged in fire and ice.
Raidon then took a look at his system stats, while walking towards their ship.

After the fight, Raidon was bombarded with questions about how he had eaten two Devil Fruits as they know that his Devil Fruit was Ink Ink Fruit, and now, he was able to use Ice element and transform into an Ice Dragon, Raidon just ignored this questions and goes back to the room he was supposed to be staying, with Lycao already lying in his bed. When Raidon went inside, he used his Authority of Names, so that all of person that know his Ink Ink fruit even Bogard and Garp and those who was reported in by the spies in Garp's ship, would forget the real name of his Devil Fruit, but would always think that his Devil Fruit is the Ice Dragon, it was just to avoid any questions that he did not want to answer.
