"Am home mom" I said to my mom who was sitting at the dinning table
"Isabel, welcome home. Where is your sister?"
"Oh !, she went for her crochet practice"
"Today again?"
"Yeah, she said she needs to finish something"
"Well then, wash up and come down for dinner, it will be ready soon"
"Okay mom, but i guess i want to take a nap first"
"Why? You should eat first"
"Mom please, i have an headache"
"Fine...rest then come down to eat"
"Thanks mom, can you tell mirabel to come see me when she gets back"
"Thought you wanted to rest?"
"Hmnmn, yeah want to tell her something a little important"
"Okay, go wash up then..." She sighs
"Love you mom" I kissed her cheek and ran upstairs

Slowly, i opened my eyes only to find those precious hazel eyes staring at me
"You look cute when asleep" Mirabel whispered smiling
"You know i hate being called cute especially from you" I glared at her
"Cant you just appreciate a compliment for once"
"I do appreciate compliments but yours are a little bit...you know what i mean" I said adjusting my pillow so i could sit comfortably
"Anyways, mom said i should come see you, wanna tell me something?"
"Hmnnmm, yeah...just need your help for a little something"
"What is it?"
"Uhmnmm..."
"Tell me Issy, as long as i'm not helping you with any art work"
I looked at her with an innocent look pouting my lips
"Wait dont tell me thats what it is"
"Its not much this time, really"
"Isabel not this time and besides your drawings are more unique than mine so do it yourself" She stated standing up to leave but i drew her back holding her wrist
"Please just this one time, i have a project to work on this week, you know how those teachers bombard us with annoying projects cos we are graduating soon. Help me mirabel, please..." I pleaded showing her my puppy eyes
"Arghhhh fine, where is it?"
"I will give you after dinner, thanks mira, you are the best" I grinned hugging her
"Duh!!!, you only say that when you need my help"
"Come on, i do say it sometimes" I smacked her arm
"Well, you do say it but thats when you are still going to ask for my help" She said walking towards the door
"Get out mira, go!!!" I threw her a pillow
She stucked out her tongue at me before closing my room door
"Annoying" I hissed
Suddenly, my door opened again
"What do you still need?" I asked in annoyance
"Dont forget you still need my help, so girl act cool with me" she smirked
I rolled my eyes "Just go"
"Mom says you should get your little body and come down for dinner. You skip it too much these days, i hope i'm not getting a little niece soon"
"Mirabel Calvin, are you nuts?"
"Just come if thats not the case"
