Deep within Steinguard, Emperor Hanzo Yen closed the curtains in his room and locked the doors. He informed the guards outside, "no one enters until I exit or they're dead. Understand?"
The two men saluted, "yes, my liege."
Hanzo returned to his room, pulled on a specific book on his bookcase, unlocking an ordinary room with a summoning circle on the floor.
As he walked in, Hanzo cut his hand, and blood poured on the circle. Hanzo healed his own hand using magic. This was not something widely known, but should be. His wife is an elf, of course she taught him magic and taught him how to slow his aging.
"Van Eso De Sah Com Qua," Hanzo stated.
"May the god of Darkness appear."
Within seconds, the god in all black, with the mask with X on it appeared.
"And why have you summoned me? Do you not have this world on its knees?"
"SilverCrest, King Charles, General Igor have all fallen to these annoying elves. Please grant me more power or intellect on how to best handle the situation?"
"How many years are you willing to sacrifice?"
"You know me, it's never my own years."
Out of thin air, 4 humans, in their 20s, dropped to the floor.
"Excellent," the god of Darkness stated as he stole their life forces, leaving rotten shriveled corpses.
"I grant you no power today but advise you to let the elves take the civilian humans at SilverCrest. That information is free. My other information comes at the cost of those four entire souls. Beware of the identical twin elves. In the year 1900, they killed my Demon King, Vigor. Vigor struck a deal with Chronos and his infinite reincarnations split into two. They are not from this world and are very talented."
"Why do I need to worry about two elves and how do I identify them?"
"Your hammer does nothing to them. They have magic this world has never seen. Does one blue eye and one green ring any bells?"
"Shit. The prophecy. Understood. Thank you for this vital information."
"Call anytime. You know the cost."
X was gone, leaving Hanzo stressed in thought.
"That stupid fucking propechy about identical twins taking over the Empire. I need to find them before they get too strong. They can't be that strong yet, if they're just learning to be elves?"
Hanzo walked out of the summoning room, closed the door and walked out quickly. He thanked his guards and immediately went to his wife.
"Rina, my love! You look as beautiful as ever. When will we be blessed with a child?"
"You've asked me that question every day over the last ten years. I have an answer for you," she said, glowing with beauty and grabbing a small bump on her tummy.
Hanzo immediately ran to his wife, kissed her and lifted her up.
"You make me so happy. I don't care if it's a boy or a girl. That lineage stuff my ancestors talked about is all bullshit. Otherwise how could a beautiful elf like yourself fall in love with me and side with the humans?"
"We just thank the god of Love and count our blessings. What troubles you?" Rina asked, while frowning and placing her hand on his chin.
As she did, she immediately felt shocked.
"The Prophecy… you met with him again? Why don't you ever bring me?"
"Because I don't ever wish to put you in danger."
"Thank you, but you know I can handle myself and can read minds!"
"I know my love, but with a baby on the way, I will surrender SilverCrest to the civilian humans. Those that wish to leave will leave. If I remember correctly, an elf's pregnancy lasts for six months?"
"Yes, and since I'm showing, I'm guessing it will be right after the new year!"
"A new year, some time off, I will send Duke Wells on a search for these prophecy children. Just learning of their existence cost me too much."
"You're not giving your own years up, are you?"
"Of course not. 2 murderers and 2 rapists, all in their twenties."
"Just to find out the prophecy is true and active? What makes them so special?"
"You read my mind, you should know. They're humans from the year 1900 and my hammer won't do a damn thing."
"We will figure it out, we always do."
"Yes, the Duke can wait, when do you want to tell everyone?"
"How about we spend the day together not worrying about all your duty stuff and just relax together? Then we can break the news tomorrow or whenever?"
"Sounds good to me," the Emperor said, interlocking hands with his wife as she put his hand on her belly.
"It will be a boy. I sense it," Rina said.

Mina woke up to Sora, Stefania and Levi all around her bedside.
Mina woke Levi when she unknowingly started screaming, blue eye fully illuminated. He didn't know what to do so he ran down the main hall of the Castle screaming for help.
Luckily, Sora woke up, and he could sense the urgency due to the panic in Levi's voice. He quickly woke Stefania and they rushed out.
"Thank the gods, it's you two. Quickly, Mina's blue eye illuminated and she started screaming."
The three rushed back to Sora and Mina's room.
Mina saw everything the Emperor did, including summoning the god of Darkness. She heard their conversation about their pregnancy as well as letting SilverCrest go.
She also saw Sora's green eye in action, in SilverCrest, and as she woke up from her trance, her blue eye's swelling started to reduce. Thankfully, no blood fell from her eye.
"Emperor… knows about us… his wife is pregnant… he won't attack SilverCrest… Sora… your green eye… is an influential skill…" and she fell back to sleep, sleeping peacefully.
"Thank you so much Levi," Sora said with tears in his eyes.
"Don't mention it. It was the right thing to do."
"The right thing to do and what people do during war aren't always the same. You could have let an elf suffer," Stefania added, giving Levi a good shove into the bed with Mina.
"Stay with her and make sure she's ok. If she freaks out, blame me, Sora will back me up." Stefania said with a smile.
"You can't be serious. Sora, help a guy out."
"Nope. We'll be in my bed, it is 4 am after all."
"Ding! You have completed the quest: unlock your true potential. Rewards: full control of your green eye and no side effects when using your blue eye. 150 experience awarded. You are now level 7. Level 7: Skill points unlocked…"
Sora swiped away from the system, cuddling his fiancée.
"What do you think she meant by an influential skill?"
"That you'll be able to influence other people's decision making. That will go great with your illusions. People will believe what they see and not realize the illusion. Powerful, but dangerous."
"My sister can see the future and control nature and the life forces of people, this is crazy. I don't think I told you, but we share some system thing from Chronos. It's why we master skills right away. It's why we can summon weapons, armor, etc. We just unlocked our full potential and 'leveled up,' Sora said, feeling guilty for now just telling her.
"You really don't know much about this era," Stefania said with a giggle.
Perplexed, Sora looked at her, confused.
"Identical twins, both with one eye green, one eye blue,
Will restore order and balance to a world of peril.
Enemies become friends, a child born of elf and human,
These twins will hold special gifts from the god of Time."
"That doesn't say anything about a system?" Sora asked, still confused.
Stefania gave him a kiss and said, "I fell in love with a human who looks like an elf. If only I would have seen it sooner. That's not the entire propechy, that entails you two helping the elves bring universal peace."
"I fell in love with the most beautiful woman I've ever seen. She's an elf? Who knew?" Sora joked.
"That is why you and your sister will help save this world."
"And I hope after we do, we're at least allowed to spend some time in the world afterwards. Last time, we died the night of our victory."
"You'll be fine. The Prophecy would have foretold your demise. You're stuck with me, let's get some sleep."
Stefania laid her head on his chest, and quickly fell asleep.
Sora laid in amazement.
"She falls asleep so quickly and peacefully. It makes me sleep so much better," Sora thought, as he too drifted off into a relaxing, deep sleep.
