Megumin was the first to spot the little girl stalking towards their table.
Black Gothic Lolita dress with white frills, thigh-high socks with a black barrette piece placed on top her long golden-blond hair which is flowing down, but still has two small horse tails from each side.
The rests of the group finally noticed the mysterious girl who had walked to their table with closed eyes and an aura of smug radiating off her.
Kazuma looks at the girl with wide eyes. "It can't be, a real life gothic lolita! Eris-sama could this be one of your blessings." Kazuma yells.
"Oi Kazuma, how rude. It's only natural that she was pulled in by the natural charisma of this goddess." Aqua says placing a hand on her chest.
"Yes, yes, your spurious charisma." Kazuma says.
"Oh, Kazuma, you can tell can't you?" Aqua responds smugly, oblivious to the meaning of his words.
Ignoring the banter of her companions, Darkness looks at the girl with a gentle smile. "Little lady, is there something you might need from us?"
"It can't be, this, this presence." Megumin voices, standing up from her seat.
"Oi, just what sort of delusions are you having n—"
"Kukuku."
"Eh?" Kazuma who had wanted to chastise Megumin is left confused by the little girl who starts laughing.
He feels a bit of deja vu.
"Foolish children of the day," With her left hand, she places a peace sign with her fingers over her eyes. "You stand before a true ancestor who embodies the night and darkness, Reisis V. Felicity Sumeragi." Spreading out her index and middle finger, she displays her glowing red right eye.
"I knew it! So you have finally shown yourself before me, fiend!" Megumin yells, her staff pointed at the girl.
"Eh, Megumin, do you know her? Wait, red eyes, is she a crimson demon like you?" Darkness asks.
"Even though this little girl is cute, she is definitely not a crimson demon, she's an undead! My divine powers is telling me so."
Meanwhile, Kazuma has his hands on his head muttering about how there are now two of them.
"Kukukuku. Indeed, it is as the minion of the church has said. I, Reisis V. Felicity Sumeragi, conqueror of the accursed sun, has come to test the might of the one known as the explosion maniac."
"Hey! I'm a real and genuine goddess you know, why does no one ever believe me?" Aqua sulks.
"Very well, very well." Megumin brandishes her cloak with exaggerated movements, her eyes now glowing red as well. "I, Megumin, the arch wizard who controls explosion magic, the strongest of all offensive magic shall accept your challenge."
"Idiot! No matter how you look at it, you are going to lose. She's talking about darkness and stuff so she's definitely a vampire or something." Kazuma says to Megumin who is already excited about the whole thing.
"Don't stop me Kazuma. This battle has been written in the star since aeons ago, it is an obligation at this point and the fate of the world hangs on it. Yes! That's it. This is fate!" She declares with so much emotions that would make a normal person want to support her path… But Kazuma is not a normal person.
"As if!"
"Ow!"
Kazuma bonks her head.
The girl, Reisis V. Felicity Sumeragi is at a loss of words at that.
"H-hey? Are you okay?" She asks dropping her hand, which lets her left blue eye display.
"C-cuteeee… Kazuma, Kazuma let's keep her!" Darkness latches onto the left arm of Kazuma, a drool on her face.
"Ow, ow, ow, ow, let me go you perverted crusader!" He yells.
"No way, no matter how cute she is, I'm not letting an undead join our party!" Aqua yells summoning her staff.
"Wait Aqua!" Megumin stops Aqua by putting her staff in front of her. "This is my battle… I shall take care of this." She says holding the tip of her hat and using it to cover half of her face.
"Megumin…" Aqua looks conflicted, her face displaying a pained expression. "So this is the path you have decided to choose huh? I see." Aqua wipes a tear from her eyes, setting her staff down.
She would not sully her friend's resolve.
"What the hell do you see, you useless goddess?!"
"Kukukukuku, I, Reisis V. Felicity Sumeragi shall teach you ignorant demon why the humans whisper our name in fear. The name of the nosferatu, "vampire"!
"Very well! Then I shall let you witness firsthand the ultimate magic."
"Kukukukuku."
"Fuhahahaha."
They both laugh.
Kazuma sighs knowing he is already late and can't stop the craziness anymore. The two girls are now sharing one brain cell.
