Wooyun looked between the now empty spot where Jaha previously stood and the Demon Lord.
Baek Junghwa found the sight comical and couldn't help smiling despite himself.

Wooyun quickly rose, brushing imaginary dust from his sleeves. He wasn't sure what he'd learn from a trade negotiation but was certain he'd find the answers he was looking for as well as a chance to chat with the Treasury Branch Leader in person.
As the two of them exited the Scarlet Pavilion, Wooyun couldn't help feeling anxious about what awaited him beyond those doors.
