Chapter 159 - 159. Midnight wake up call

"Hmm... Not so bad." Kamu grinned as he looked at the papers resting in his hand.

"He learned all the basic abilities." Ajtony quipped, looking over his friend's shoulder.

"Of course, it's not for nothing that he is an Athamana." The ghost-man chuckled. "Biaskoncy!" He looked up at the Vietryk of the Immortal Mist. "Bring int the child." He announced.

"What do you want with him?" The man folded his arms in front of him.

"I have my reasons. Now, go! Don't make me have to tell you twice." He hardened his gaze, which made the Vietryk leave immediately.

"You like giving them heart attacks, don't you?" Ajtony laughed.

"Did you seriously ask that?" Kamu looked at the ghost. "They like you more than they do me." He waved a hand. "Besides, you like scaring the Mist more than I do." He shrugged.

"Well, I won't argue with that." The sword spirit laughed. "Anyways, you're stronger than last time." He noted, sitting up on the table and looking down at his friend.

"I got a half-demon." Kamu flashed his teeth in a wide smile, which made his friend open his mouth.

"For that fucking wild maiden." Ajtony blurted out in surprise. "Hey, you should look it up where you stand, in the end it made you a táltos six stars." The poison mixer of the Immortal Mist finally chuckled.

"I'll look it up." Kamu paused here. "Later." He grimaced. "I don't care that much about where I stand, to be honest." He shrugged and leaned back in his chair.

"Yeah, I know, but I do." Ajtony pointed to himself. "I want to know when I'm likely to get stuck here again.' He spread his arms, indicating what he meant by this.

"Don't worry, I don't intend to disappear from the living for a while now." The Ishán rolled his eyes.

"I recommend it! The world is starting to get interesting!" The poison mixer laughed.

"You have no idea how much it's starting to get interesting." Kamu agreed, then slowly stood up. "Come on, let's gather the team. It's going to be a party." He chuckled and started towards the door, with his right hand man, Ajtony at his heels.

Meanwhile, in Floating Air Barrack, Biaskoncy was walking calmly through the sleeping school grounds. He knew exactly where he had to go and he was sure that if he didn't want to, no one would notice him. So he didn't have to worry about anything. Over the years, he had gotten to know the school so well that he could have walked through it with his eyes closed. So it might not have been a big task for him to get to the small house where the Athamanas were staying.

As he thought, by the time he got there, all the hegins of the Karrabata were fast asleep. A smile spread across his lips, his task was much easier this way, than he had expected. To tell the truth, he could have simply woken up the boy, whom he had to take with him to his Ishán, but his boss didn't say a word about taking the boy awake. Encouraged by this and since Biaskoncy was still a little embarrassed by the appearance of the Ishán and as such he wanted to get on his nerves, he simply picked up the Zovárd boy on his shoulder.

The journey back to the headquarters of the Immortal Mist, and from there to the main lands went without an accident. Thanks to their unique abilities, a Mist member can travel from one place to another much faster than anyone Biaskoncy had ever encountered. It was thanks to this that barely ten minutes after leaving the Floating Air Barracks, Biaskoncy was already on the mainland with the Mist members and handed Suk to his Ishán as if he were just a sack of potatoes.

Kamu only gave the man a half smile as he looked down at the sleeping hegin, then shook his head before walking to the edge of the lake where they had set up their meeting place and snatching the yellow-clad hegin from Biaskoncy's hands by the back of his clothes, only to throw him into the lake like a wake-up call. However, he didn't expect the Zovárd boy in question to come to his senses before he reached the water and planted his feet in the sand at the edge of the lake.

"Hey! I made the poison!" He muttered, then narrowed his eyes. "Wait, I'm not home!" Suk's eyes widened and the next moment he turned around with his weapon drawn. "Uncle Kamu?" He blinked hard when he saw who he was facing, then looked around the unfamiliar place.

"Uncle is your grandfather. "Kamu grumbled, but quickly collected himself.

"What's going on here?" Suk grimaced as he slowly lowered his weapons.

"I was going to throw you into the lake." The leader of the Immortal Mist announced.

"And you would have let him" Suk turned to Ajtony.

"Of course. If you don't notice this obvious thing, then you haven't learned anything from Biaskoncy." The ghost-sword standing next to Kamu rolled his eyes, but his words only made Suk fold his arms in front of him.

"Hey! I swear I thought this was one of my perfect dreams." He grumbled. "Let's just say it wasn't the last time either." Suk grimaced.

"What kind of dream is it where you get thrown into the water?" Kamu blinked.

"A really good dream, if you ask me." Ajtony shrugged .

"Yeah, he finally gave me a reason to kill him." Suk sighed.

"What's wrong?" The leader of the Immortal Mist asked confused.

"Tell me, at least you understand!" Suk looked at Ajtony pleadingly, who raised his hands.

"Hey, don't look at me. I haven't followed family matters for a while." He said, then lowered his hands. "But let me guess. Your father, your brother, your cousin, or your cousin's friend's sister." He thought about it.

"Almost. My uncle." Suk shrugged.

"Well, I was pretty close with the last one." Ajtony pulled himself together proudly.

"What do you mean with the last one?" Kamu scratched his head.

"Ah, the rest was the general list of people who want to kill him, the last one, the I don't expect them to jump out at me, but it would be a pleasant surprise if they did, list." The poison mixer waved, and the present members of the Mist spoke at once.

"Ajtony." Hearing the name, Suk looked around in confusion.

"What, you have become the Western equivalent of ZOVÁRD??" Suk looked questioningly at his relative.

"No, I am THE Zovárd." Ajtony shrugged.

"The example we di not follow?" Suk blinked, and his relative thought about it.

"It's likely that my son and my wife had said something like that." He turned his head to the side, as if he were looking into the distance. "Wait, if he's your uncle, why haven't you killed him already?" He looked back at Suk with his head tilted to the side.

"Because I have no reason to! He's too nice, there's no catch! I want to kill him when he doesn't expect it. There's no point in killing him if he looks at you like he knew what was coming and are even proud of you. I want to surprise him." The hegin boy pulled himself together, then sighed. "But I have a feeling that I wasn't dragged here to talk about my dreams among a group of assassins. So why am I here?" He looked Kamu seriously in the eyes.

"Don't worry, Zovárd, I just want to see how much Biaskoncy taught you!" Kamu grinned, which made Suk look at him suspiciously.
