Adrian was leaning against the doorframe with his arms folded in front of his chest.
He looked at her with a hint of restraint as if he couldn't afford to look at her for long. Yet, his gaze was stubbornly fixed upon her.
Ella did not know she was capable of such 'blatant courage' till she opened her mouth to provoke him, "You don't want to join me?"
Heat swirled in his narrowed eyes as he straightened up and walked towards her.
Adrian stopped to stand by her side where they were separated by the bathtub and her head barely reached her thighs.
From where she sat, the evidence of his need loomed dangerously close. One tilt of her head and she'd be brushing against it.
Gulping softly, she leaned back and looked up.

Ella watched him unbutton his shirt. His movements were immensely slow, his gaze never once straying from her.
