"What do you mean you would get her arrested?" Nikolas screamed into the phone.
"Sir, this is a hospital. You can't scream that loudly here, it's not allowed," the nurse to the side cautioned Nikolas for the third time.
Nikolas inhaled, not even sparing the nurse another glance. Dropping the phone, still with the caller on the other line, he turned towards Cassie.
"I would really love to meet the mother of the kid, though," Nikolas said before reaching into his suit pocket.
He slipped out a personal contact card that led directly to him, then stretched it towards Cassie.
"Give her this. It's my personal contact details. Give this to her. I will call at the hospital whenever I can to get updates on the kid," he said.
Cassie pulled her brows together in confusion as she took the card from Nikolas' hand. "Sir, are you not—?"
