"Now that looks amazing on you," Selene said to Sandy, who had just stepped out of the changing room in a black dinner gown with a long high slit that exposed her attractive legs.
With Cassie and Cyrus out, Selene and Sandy decided to go shopping for new gowns for their father's anniversary dinner the next day.
"You really think so?" Sandy said, her voice laced with uncertainty, as she smoothed the gown with her hands. "I don't know, Selene!" she added, pouting as she turned to inspect herself in the mirror.
She looked up at her reflection in the mirror. Yes, the gown did look good on her, so why did she still feel this way? She was out shopping with her big sister; she should be happy and enjoying the moment.
"What do you mean?" Selene said, standing up as she moved slowly toward her sister.
"You look amazing," she added, standing side by side with Sandy in front of the mirror, but the look on Sandy's face told her it wasn't the gown that was the problem.
