"Who are you?" Anna demanded, trying to sit up. The woman's response sent a chill down Anna's spine...
"You'll find out soon enough," she repeated. And then, Anna saw something that made her blood run cold...
The woman's eyes seemed to gleam with an otherworldly intensity as she gazed at Anna. Anna's heart racing, she tried to process what was happening.
Suddenly, the woman's expression changed. She seemed to be listening to something, her eyes flicking towards the door.
Anna's senses were on high alert as she waited for the woman's next move. But instead of speaking, the woman turned and walked towards the door.
As she reached the doorway, she turned back to Anna. "Get ready," she said. "It's time."
Anna's mind reeled as she tried to understand what was happening. Ready for what? And what did the woman mean?
