Chapter 305: The Heavenly Hammer Sovereign
"Should I get involved in this?"
After leaving the New York Sanctum, George fell into deep thought.
"I'll decide when the time comes!"
Whether to interfere or not would depend on whether there was any benefit. If the benefit was great enough, he wouldn't mind helping the Divine Realm like he did last time.
Kull, being Odin's elder brother, certainly wasn't weak.
But having been sealed for so many years, and with this being Earth where he couldn't draw upon Asgard's power, George really wasn't afraid.
Lately, aside from studying time magic, he had also been learning alchemy.
He planned to move the entire school into the sky, which would require floating spells, flying spells, and magi-tech airship techniques. With a large amount of Uru metal, it would be much easier.
All he could say was that it depended on the circumstances. Perhaps even if he wanted to get involved, he might not have the opportunity.
If Odin were willing to intervene personally, then Kull likely wouldn't be able to stir up much trouble.
"Direction Revelation · Thor Odinson!"
For now, he needed to find Thor and inform him of Kull's situation, so Thor could return to the Divine Realm and notify Odin.
Flying through the air, he quickly followed the guidance of a tracking spell to the faculty dormitory area at New York University, where he found Thor.
At that moment, Thor was wearing ice skates, using Mjolnir for propulsion, and was clumsily circling the path beneath the dorms with Jane, seemingly learning how to skate with her.
He was radiating the stench of love from head to toe.
"George, what brings you here?"
Seeing George suddenly appear startled both Thor and Jane.
George said with a serious expression:
"Your uncle Kull has broken free from his seal."
"My uncle?"
Thor was stunned for a moment. He had no idea he even had an uncle.
George immediately realized that Kull and Hela had received the same treatment — all information about them was sealed by Odin.
So he quickly relayed all the intelligence he had to Thor.

Thor took a while to digest it.
"I never imagined something like this."
He turned and gave Jane a few instructions, then looked to the sky and shouted:
"Heimdall!"
A Bifrost bridge descended from the heavens and appeared on the nearby lawn.
"George, I'll head back to the Divine Realm to inform Father.
Don't worry, our realm will not sit idly by while Kull runs loose."
Thor dashed into the Bifrost and was transported back to Asgard.
After notifying Thor, George apparated back to the school. In the main conference room, aside from Raina, another Inhuman was present — the eyeless man who could teleport.
"Have you finished writing the list?"
"It's done."
Raina handed George a sheet of paper. It contained the names of relatives of Inhumans who had been kidnapped by Hydra and were being held hostage at various bases around the world.
"The leader sent new information. That evil god known as the Serpent has summoned seven divine hammers, and everyone who obtains one gains power equal to that of the Worthy.
But they're all under the Serpent's control now.
Several of Hydra's top brass have already submitted to the Serpent because of the hammers. It seems they're planning to attack the White House."
"Attack the White House?"
George was taken aback. He couldn't understand why Kull would attack the White House. Was he planning to take over the United States?
Attack it if they must — as long as they didn't touch his school, it didn't concern him.
Until he received news from Thor, he wouldn't act.
He wasn't Superman, flying around saving people all day. Natural disasters and human tragedies happened daily, and countless people died — he couldn't save them all. He wasn't some saint.
Besides, human nature was inherently evil and unpredictable. Even if you stepped in with good intentions, it didn't guarantee a good outcome.
Some might even think it was your presence that brought disaster.
He had no intention of being that kind of scapegoat.
If he did intervene, it would only be when everyone had lost hope — then he would appear like a savior, earning all their gratitude and maximizing his gain.
Call him opportunistic if you will — he believed that even if you were to be a good person, you should be a smart one. Otherwise, your efforts would be thankless, and you'd be better off being the villain.
"Do we know who the eight hammers have gone to?"
"To the Worthy, Baron Zemo, Baron Strucker, Madame Hydra, Hive, and three others who aren't members of Hydra.
The leader said one wears a unique black panther suit, one has blue skin and likes soaking in water, and one can ignite his body in flames."
Gordon, the eyeless man, replied.
George furrowed his brow slightly. He knew the first five, but wasn't sure about the other three.
The one in the black panther suit was most likely the Black Panther — but whether it was T'Challa or T'Chaka, he wasn't sure, since the old king of Wakanda was still alive at this time.
The blue-skinned one who liked water was probably an Atlantean, but George wasn't certain if it was King Namor.
As for the one who could ignite, he couldn't guess right away — but it definitely wasn't the Human Torch, since he hadn't found the Fantastic Four in this world.
Kull's Heavenly Hammers would control anyone who touched them, so no wielder came as a surprise.
But for George, it didn't really matter.
Though the Heavenly Hammer Sovereigns had their power massively boosted by the divine hammers, at best, they were on par with Thor — not a threat to him.
His main concern was still Kull's strength.
"Let's start by rescuing the hostages!"
George said to Gordon:
"We'll split up from here. I'll locate everyone on this list and rescue them one by one. You're responsible for getting your leader and all the other Inhumans to the school."
Since the Inhumans had provided valuable intel and he had agreed to the cooperation, it was only right to ensure their safety.
"They're probably scattered all around the world. Will you have enough time?"
Gordon looked worried.
Once the operation started, Hydra would inevitably notice. While he could get his people to the school quickly, if George couldn't rescue all the hostages in time, he feared Hydra might execute them.
George smiled:
"Don't worry — I'll make it. But not just yet.
I'll first locate them, then notify you. We'll act simultaneously, teleporting at the same time — that way Hydra won't have time to react."
Only then did Gordon realize — not only could he teleport, but George could as well.
He nodded in agreement with George's plan.
"Need any help?"
Wolverine asked eagerly, extending his claws.
George waved his hand:
"Not for now. But cancel classes for the next two days and gather everyone. When Thor returns, we may have a tough battle ahead."
He suspected that in order to deal with Kull, Thor might bring the Asgardian army to Earth.
But Odin might not come personally.
If Odin didn't show up, Thor might not be able to handle Kull and his eight Heavenly Hammer Sovereigns alone — in which case, George might have to lead a team to step in.
He apparated above the school, turned invisible, and began to cast the Animagus transformation.
In the blink of an eye, he had transformed into a massive dragon with golden wings.
