Next Morning..

"Oh? Orbeth!" A neighbor saw Orbeth training with his sword infront of his house, the neighbor which was an adult man greets Orbeth by waving his hand.
Orbeth noticed his neighbor and turned his head to see him.
"You're not hunting today?" Said the neighbor after Orbeth looked at his face.
"Ah, haha.. Yeah, i kind of dozed off and got left behind by my dad and brother, my mother also said that i should stay home to help her, so here i am..." Orbeth responded, he felt awkward saying that because he also can't believe that he slept for way too long, his dad and brother also didn't try to wake him up, they just left without him.
"Ahh, is that so, it's been a long time since the last time i saw you training infront of your house like this, so– good luck with your swordmanship path!"
"Thank you, i'll work hard." Orbeth replied with a smile, he watches as his neighbor continued his walk and disappeared from his vision.
As soon as his neighbour left the scene, Orbeth then sighed while thinking..
'I want to go on a hunt today though.. That's unfortunate, why did i even decide to sleep that late last night..'
SWING!
'My dream.. Is to become the best swordsman, it might sound ridiculous.. But—

'I will force my way through it, dad said that our family is born to be an archer, but i want to prove him wrong, that's why i chose the sword..'
SWING!
'I know just training like this isn't enough, if i want to sharpen my skill, i'll have to enroll into the swordmanship academy– But where do i get the money for its admission fees?'
SWING!
'It's so expensive for me who live in a small town, and the academy is located in the city, that also means paying for the cartridges, damn.. I guess in the end you need money for everything.'

'That's no good, im having bad thoughts again, i should focus with my training first, how long have i been swinging my sword?'

Suddenly, Orbeth's mother called him from inside the house.
"Orbeth!! Are you done with your training? Could you come over here for a second?" She shouted, her voice ended up being a bit quiet on Orbeth's ears.
When he heard his mother's voice, Orbeth then stopped swinging, he turned his head around and looked towards the front door of his house. He wiped the sweats on his face using his hand and sighed.
"Alright!" Orbeth shouted, loud enough for his mom to hear and reply.
"Okay!"
As Orbeth put his sword onto its sheathe again, he took a step forward with a smile.
'Geez, i guess i still need to wait for a few more years..' He thought.
'It really can't be helped huh, well as long as we're happy— Maybe i'll buy them a new home once i became the best.'

Back to the present, at Scythe's camp..
It was night, the day had already over, and the scene shows Orbeth's body leaning on his back with something that resembles a rock, his body was cold, pale, and dirty. But that wasn't the most odd thing in there, Orbeth's body was placed in an unknown part of the forest, far away from any of the instructor's camp or the cliff where they sleep, although he was already dead, Orbeth's eyes were still half open, and beneath those eye sockets, lies a pupils that resembles sorrow and regret of a child.
Rustle..
Rustle..!!
It happened so unexpectedly, a sound of bushes rustling can be heard from the surrounding, as it turns out, Orbeth was placed in an open circular area, and in the middle of it, a large stone pillar can be seen towering over the trees in every direction.
Orbeth wasn't the only person there though, around the stone pillar, on all sides, there were a couple more of dead bodies leaning back on it, all of the bodies were also filled with injuries and wounds, there was approximately 4 bodies there including Orbeth, and they were placed in this specific place with a reason.
Growl..
Growl....
Emerged from the darkness like a shadow, was a pack of hungry wolves, their eyes shining in crimson color while their mouth drools after seeing a free meals infront of their eyes.
SWOOSH!
The wolves didn't waste any more time, they dashed, jumped forward, and ran towards Orbeth and some of the other dead bodies, in a brutal and grotesque way, the dead human bodies were ravaged mercilessly, their arms and legs were torned apart, their stomach forcefully ripped open, their insides gushes out and blood splatter everywhere, bathing the wolves in full gore. It took the beasts 2 hours to fill their bellies, the wolves left the remainings without dragging anything back to their home, there was way too many torn pieces for them to bring it all.
After the wolves had left, the now impossible-to-identify humans were alone once again. But that won't last long though, as their putrid smells was strong enough to attract many more beasts and monsters to come for them.
Growl..

Ugyakk!?
Ssssttt....
Various monsters and beasts now have gathered from all directions, and they are battling against each other, who will get the most meat? And who will die trying? If it means to survive, anyone, even mindless beasts, would not hesitate even a little bit to risk their lives to see another day.

Next Morning..
"Wake up.." Scythe cold said inside the shack.
Immediately after that, all of the students woke up from their sleep, like usual.
"Y- yhess..." Said Zayn, he was still half asleep, but he forced his eyes to open.
Calea had already used to this, infact she was exceptionally used, she could now wakes herself up even without Scythe's command, it's because of her ears recognition to know Scythe's footstep, when she heard it, her brain will immediately know that it is time to work.
'I can hear his footstep even though im sleeping that time...' She said to herself.
On the other hand, Calea realized that she wasn't the only one that had woke up early, but there was also Kalioseth. His face looked scared when she saw him, he was holing himself up, as if trying to avoid anyone from approaching him.
'What the hell's wrong with him..' Calea thought, confused with Kalios's sudden change in behaviour.
Then, Kalios saw Scythe, that's when he stands up and walked up to him, his face is still filled with horror, and when he was infront of Scythe, Kalios confessed..
"SIR!! YOU HAVE TO BELIEVE ME! SOMEONE JUST TRIED TO CHOKE ME TO DEATH LAST NIGHT! I ALMOST GOT KILLED!" He screamed, alerting everyone around him.
