Chapter 138 - Chapter 136 "Hand-Torn Carnage"

Part 1/2

Chino stared down at the Carnage Demon with an expressionless face, devoid of any mercy. His bio-forcefield released, dropping the creature to the ground.

Before Carnage could even think of fleeing, Chino's foot came down on the back of his skull.

"Ever had hand-torn chicken?"

"N-no..."

"Good. I'm in a bad mood today. Let me treat you."

With a slight increase in pressure, Carnage's head exploded like an overripe melon.

But Chino wasn't done.

Keeping his foot planted on the twitching body, he grabbed Carnage's arms and yanked. Muscle fibers and symbiote tissue stretched grotesquely before ripping apart with a sickening schlllck.

"AAAAAGHHHH—!!!"

The scream was inhuman as Carnage's head regenerated, now wearing Norman Osborn's face—contorted beyond recognition, every feature twisted in agony.

Unmoved, Chino discarded the severed limbs and reached for Carnage's legs.

The symbiote surged in panic, retreating entirely into Norman's body—even abandoning parts of itself still attached to the torn arms. In this bonded state, Norman felt every ounce of pain as if it were his own, his mind drowning in white-hot torment.

"P-please... spare me...!" Norman begged, voice breaking into sobs.

Chino paused.

"Call. Him. Out." The command was glacial.

"I-I was forced! He controlled me—!"

"I SAID CALL HIM OUT!"

Chino's eyes ignited.

ZZZTTT—!

Twin heat vision beams speared through Norman's chest, eliciting another shriek.

Then—Carnage emerged.

Cornered, the symbiote's survival instinct took over. A crimson ooze pooled at Chino's feet, writhing violently as it tried to invade his body—its last desperate chance.

But Chino's armor shifted.

Black as void, it spread like spilled ink across his form—before Venom's monstrous head erupted from his back, jaws unhinged in a silent snarl.

"MINE."

The ebony symbiote slammed Carnage back into Norman's body with crushing force.

"F-Father?!"

Carnage's voice was pure shock as he stared at Venom.

"Continue," Venom said flatly before melting back into Chino.

Carnage, realizing this was a Venom from another universe, scrambled for sympathy.

"Father! I-I was wrong! I'm your child from another world—!"

Venom's laughter was a wet, guttural thing. "Child? I've eaten trillions of my children. You're nothing."

Carnage's face went slack.

Chino's rage flickered briefly into amusement—but he refocused. A chef couldn't abandon a dish halfway.

The basement soon echoed with Carnage's screams—a symphony of agony that would haunt nightmares.

Nearby, Ms. Octopus froze mid-step.

"Damian, stop. Going there is suicide!"

"Faster. Or do you want a Venus Flytrap blooming in your stomach?"

Clutched to her back, Damian aimed a silver energy cannon forward, its barrel humming ominously.

Part 2/2

Ms. Octopus seethed.

What kind of child threatens someone with botanical terrorism?!

One moment, she'd been fleeing with him. The next—he'd forced a seed down her throat with a pressure-point maneuver. Then demanded she take him to the armory.

Fine, the weapons weren't hers. But this? Suicide!

Human stomach acid might dissolve most seeds... but she wasn't betting her life on "most."

Quick death vs. being eaten from the inside? No contest.

Gritting her teeth, she sprinted toward the screams, internally cursing:

Ghost-Spider, what the hell did you raise—a tiny assassin?!

Rounding the corner, she saw Gwen sprinting past, arms full of vials.

"You're alive?!" Ms. Octopus blurted.

Gwen barely glanced at her. "No time—help."

Damian wriggled free, cannon discarded. "Mom! Is it him?"

Gwen nodded. "Inject these into the Spider-Team. I need to revive Penny."

Ms. Octopus's brain short-circuited.

Revive?!

But Damian was already moving. With no choice (and a stomach-bound time bomb), she followed.

Later

Peter B. Parker jolted awake, gasping.

He patted his chest—no wound.

"I... didn't die? And—"

"—you feel amazing," Noir's voice drawled. "Like you're 18 again."

Peter turned.

Noir, Miles, SP//dr's cockpit (with Penny inside), and... a dancing Venus Flytrap?

Ms. Octopus stood nearby. Gwen cradled Damian.

"...I'm dreaming," Peter decided, lying back down.

THWACK!

Noir smirked as Peter yelped. "Nope."
