The big dining room doors opened as the guards nodded to Alpha Zephyr and his Gamma, Zeeb, as they entered.
Vilka was gently wiping the corners of her mouth with a napkin. When she saw Zephyr, a small smile appeared on her face.
Blaize sat next to her mother. Her heart sank when she saw her brother. She knew he would tell their mother about last night, but she didn't expect it to happen here, at breakfast.
Dorianna was still angry about her failed plan and her fight with her best friend two hours ago. When she felt her brother arrive, she quickly looked for Ralph. Seeing he wasn't there, she continued stabbing her sausages angrily.
"Good morning, Mother," Zephyr said, walking to the table and kissing his mother's cheek.
"Good morning, Luna Vilka, everyone," Zeeb said with a nervous smile at the family.
"Good morning, Zeebryon," Luna Vilka replied with a smile.
Zeeb blushed at his full name. His mother used to call him that.
