"Grandfather, is this where you have been living all along? I thought you liked to sleep outside, so I wasn't able to visit. Not that you live in a cave," Selene said, surprised by where they walked to get to Zephyr's home.
"I am not disturbed by anyone while I am here. The only visits I get are from animals. I have lived here from the moment your mother decided to stay in town with your father. It is better than it looks at first glance," said Zephyr.
"I didn't mean to make it sound awful. I am only surprised that it is here you reside. I would not have found you since I would have looked for a house. Thank you," Selene said after Zephyr held her before she slipped.
"I travelled too much to have a home around the town. This is where I will return to when I visit you," said Zephyr.
"Why?" Selene asked, seeing no need for him to stay here. "There are plenty of rooms in the estate. You don't have to hide while you are in town. Come stay with us."
