The young woman peered over the top of her book for the fifth time that same hour.
'He's still here. Should I just go over and say hello? No, Dorothy, don't be foolish now, what's gotten into that head of yours? Just look at him...'
Her book dropped a little lower as she gazed across the library of Dartmouth College, at the tall young man with short platinum blonde hair, that fell softly into deep, piercing blue eyes.
'I wonder why he always wears those gloves?' She mused absentmindedly, as the book fell onto the table with a loud thud.
His eyes snapped up at the noise and Dorothy jolted in her seat, hurriedly scrambling to lift the book back up in front of her face to hide her deep blush.
'Crap, crap, crap! Oh sweet, holy hell. Did he see me staring at him? He must've. Ah, I'm a darn fool.'
