Ariel walked into the gate.
In front of her was a huge green lawn, with white self-service tables full of yummy food, and a big orange champagne tower in the middle. The smell of wine was in the air.
There were already a lot of people there, holding plates and chatting while eating on the lawn.
Ariel looked around and thought about things in her head.
The 200,000 yuan prize money alone was definitely not enough to pay for everything. Even if she added Rhysand's backup card, it still wouldn't cover it.
She had just gone to find the catering manager, but he had already been bribed by Hailey and wouldn't admit it. He kept saying that she had ordered the food, and Ariel had no way to prove it.
A colleague saw her and walked up with a plate. "Ariel, did you win the lottery? I heard this meal costs a million yuan, and your 200,000 yuan prize money isn't enough."
"It's okay, everyone enjoy the food and drinks," Ariel said with a forced smile.
