When they arrived in town, Li Xiaobao drove straight to the flower and bird market. Just as the car stopped in front of Wei Wenzhi's flower shop, Wei Wenzhi and Zhang Zhanshan came out with smiles.
"Aren't you supposed to be in East River? Why are you here visiting two old men like us?"
Wei Wenzhi watched Li Xiaobao with a grin. Previously, Wei Xiang had called him saying that Li Xiaobao was in East River and seemed to be headed to Guangyao City soon, but he didn't expect Li Xiaobao to actually come to Qingshui Town.
"I came back the day before yesterday for a visit, and since I'm heading to East River, I thought I'd drop by to see you both, and I brought some vegetables and food for you guys on the way!"
As he spoke, Li Xiaobao unloaded a basket of vegetables he got from the Black Bay Greenhouse, along with prepared eggs, an old hen, and several fish.
"Haha, you're really thoughtful, kid!"
