Tsunade looked at him and asked, "What's wrong with that?"
Tōshirō voiced his thoughts, looking puzzled. "Don't tell me you've got another one on your stomach?"
As he spoke, his hand went to lift Tsunade's mesh shirt. "Let me see."
To his shame, even though they'd known each other for so long, Tōshirō had never seen what Tsunade's stomach actually looked like. It had always been either wrapped in bandages or hidden under her mesh clothing.
"See what, you perv?" Tsunade slapped away his sneaky paw and scolded coyly, "There's nothing like that on my stomach."
Tōshirō remained skeptical. "Really? I don't believe you. Then why is the Yin Seal on your Brow Chakra instead of the Root Chakra?"
Apparently fed up with Tōshirō, Tsunade explained, "Actually, in the beginning, the Yin Seal was located at the Root Chakra. But after continuous refinement, it gradually moved up to the Brow Chakra, and that's how it became what you see now."
Tōshirō let out a long sigh. For some reason, he felt an odd sense of regret.
"That's so nice," he said enviously.
Because of the Yin Seal, Tsunade essentially had an extra "battery," and a powerful one at that—comparable to a Tailed Beast's chakra.
Sure, he had a battery too, but that thing wasn't exactly obedient.
Tsunade teased him, "What? If you really want to learn this jutsu, I can help you with the surgery for free. Maybe then you can cultivate the Yin Seal too~"
Tōshirō froze. "Wait, you know how to do sex reassignment surgery?"
"No, but I figure that extra part of yours wouldn't be needed anyway."
The nonchalant tone in her voice sent a chill down Tōshirō's spine.
Honestly, he was genuinely terrified that one day, while they were sleeping together, if he ever cheated on her, she might just snip it off with scissors in his sleep.
He'd seen that kind of thing in the news before. Just imagining it happening to him was horrifying.
Yep, any dreams of a harem were completely dead in this lifetime. Time to commit to pure romance like a good man.
Tōshirō shook his head, brushing off the thought, and switched topics: "Your Yin Seal can actually transfer chakra to someone else, right?"
He remembered in the original story, Sakura had transferred her chakra to Obito to help him use Kamui and open Kaguya's dimension.
Tōshirō figured that if he ever ran out of chakra while using Dawn Goddess' Mercy, he could borrow some from Tsunade's "battery."
After all, as a medical ninja, she didn't usually need that much chakra in combat. Her offense was basically limited to regular punches. So all that chakra was better off being used by him.
Tsunade made a curious noise and raised her eyebrows, her face showing a hint of confusion. "You even know that? I don't remember ever telling you."
"I guessed," Tōshirō replied casually. "Think about it—anyone with the ability to store something usually has the ability to give it away too, right?"
Tsunade looked at him, not denying it. "You guessed pretty well."
"From now on, if I ever run low on chakra, you'd better remember to top me up."
Tōshirō added seriously, "I'll always stand in front of you to protect you."
"Who needs your protection?" Tsunade snorted and said with a hint of tsundere: "I'm strong enough on my own, okay? I don't need protecting."
"You're a medical ninja. Stop trying to be a frontliner. Just be my support tool."
Tsunade huffed indignantly, "Hmph! You're the tool!"
Tōshirō didn't deny it. "You're right. I am a tool."
Tsunade looked at him in surprise. Based on his personality, shouldn't he argue back a little?
"But…" he added, "I'm your exclusive tool."
"..."
Tōshirō's eyes turned crimson. A sword of ice formed in his palm. He leaned on it and said solemnly, "I am your sword-bearer. My mission is to stand before you and slay all your enemies with this blade."
Tsunade pressed her lips tightly together, her cheeks visibly reddening. She didn't speak. But eventually, she couldn't hold it in any longer and shouted, "Damn it, you bastard! Why do you always say stuff that makes my heart race?!"
Tōshirō smiled. "Isn't that a good thing?"
"It just makes me fall even harder for you." Tsunade's face was red hot, her voice soft and flustered. "I'm becoming more and more unable to leave you. Do you even realize that?"
Tōshirō couldn't help but tease, "Wow, Tsunade, your face is so red—just like a monkey's butt."
"Ugh… bastard! Whose fault do you think that is?! You better take full responsibility!"
Tsunade gritted her silver teeth, her shoulders trembling nonstop, clearly trying to endure something."What… are you trying to do?"
"I can't take it anymore. I'm going to kiss you to death."
The moment she said it, Tsunade couldn't hold herself back any longer and lunged at Tōshirō. Probably because she put in too much force, she knocked Tōshirō down. His head slammed hard into a rock on the ground, causing him to cry out in pain:
"AAAH—!"

"I'm sorry, I'm sorry! I really didn't mean to…"
Tsunade frantically used Medical Palm Technique to heal the injury on Tōshirō's head while continuously apologizing.
Tōshirō didn't seem to mind. Aside from the initial sharp pain, he felt much better afterward.

Tsunade pouted, her wavering pupils still showing concern. "What if it leaves a scar?"
Tōshirō folded his arms and flexed his slim biceps. "Relax. My body's built tough."
With that, he grabbed Tsunade's wrist and gazed deeply into her moist eyes.
Their eyes met, and from the reflection in his gaze, Tsunade saw her own awkward expression and quickly turned her head away.
"Promise me—don't go too deep into the battlefield anymore. And try not to stray too far from me. I don't want to see you hurt."
"O-okay…" Tsunade nodded gently, her voice soft. "But don't just worry about me. You need to take care of yourself too."
Tōshirō responded seriously, "I will."
Just as the two were lost in their tender moment, the tailed beast inside Tōshirō couldn't bear it anymore and suddenly interjected:
"Ughhh—are you two done yet? Hey, Tōshirō, could you tone it down a bit with this little girl? You may not be tired of this lovey-dovey stuff, but I'm sick of it already."
At first, the Five-Tails didn't think much of it, but after seeing so much, it couldn't help developing other thoughts.
It was part horse, part dolphin—not some dog that could chow down on this constant couple mush day in and day out. It was about to puke.
Having their moment interrupted, Tōshirō didn't hold back and snapped at the beast inside him: "Then stop watching. If you don't like it, scram."
Tōshirō's sudden change in attitude confused Tsunade, who thought he might be yelling at her.
"It's fine, not you," Tōshirō explained gently. "I was talking to the tailed beast inside me."
Hearing this, the Five-Tails instantly blew up. If it could scram, it would've done so already. It wasn't like it wanted to sit around eating dog food from these two lovebirds every day.
Tōshirō wasn't afraid of the Five-Tails at all, and they quickly started bickering again, man and beast yelling at each other internally.
After a while, Tōshirō suddenly had a great idea. He decided to ignore the Five-Tails for now and turned to Tsunade instead.
"Tsunade, I want to introduce you to a friend."
Tōshirō had never fully explained the situation with the Five-Tails to Tsunade. Now seemed like a good time to be honest with her about what was going on inside his body—so she wouldn't worry unnecessarily in the future.
Tsunade looked confused. "Right now?"
"Mm-hmm. Just close your eyes and do exactly as I say."
"What's with the mystery?"
Tōshirō smiled and teased, "You'll know when the time comes."
"Fine…" Tsunade lowered her gaze and closed her eyes softly. Then, following Tōshirō's instructions step by step, she reached out with her dominant hand and made a fist.
Tōshirō nodded slightly and gently reminded her, "Don't open your eyes, no matter what happens next."
"I got it already—just hurry up."
At her urging, Tōshirō also closed his eyes and held out his fist, resting it against hers. Their chakra began to link and resonate.
Tsunade, eyes still shut, furrowed her brow slightly. She felt something soft bumping lightly against her knuckles. Considering who she was with, it wasn't hard to guess it was Tōshirō's fist.
But why was he doing this?
As she wondered, her vision suddenly changed from total blackness to a dim, yellowish light. Beneath her feet, ripples spread across a water-like surface.
"Where… is this?"
Tsunade murmured in surprise. Before she had time to fully process it, she looked up and saw a massive figure standing before her.
It was completely white, as tall as a mountain—something like a horse, yet not quite.
