He inserted his hand inside the beast's body, pinning it to the ground, and pulled its spine apart. The beast tried to roar but started coughing blood, moved a few steps back, and fell on the ground. Its eyes started to turn lifeless, and it died within a few seconds.
All the beasts surrounding him moved a few steps back and made a mistake, freeing him in fear. He tried to stand, and after a few attempts, stood on his legs. He moved towards the beasts. He tried to pull their bodies apart; the beasts started to scream and roar in pain.
They started biting him in pain, but he didn't let them go. One of the beasts tried to bite his neck area, which he responded to by biting its neck instead.
His energy at first depleted a lot, but when he bit that beast, it started to return, and when the beast, in pain, released his neck, his energy started to explode again. Within a few minutes of struggle, he peeled its body apart.
He jumped into the herd of beasts, and the screams of the beasts exploded in the area. "The situation has changed now. It is not humans against beasts anymore; it is beasts against beasts," the fallen Yava Viskans, with barely alive thoughts, died with a final smile on their faces.
"Okay, now it's my turn, you beasts," he said with a smile on his face. He punched a beast and moved forward. A beast tried to bite him, but he quickly dodged it and moved a few meters ahead of the beast, opening that same rusted item which the fallen heroes once had.
'Swiss,' he killed the beast in front of him and then moved a few meters away. He was glowing with energy, and his blade was trying to manifest more and more as time flew by.
"My energy is…" He looked at his body, which was covered in bluish energy that was fading away.
He moved into the ground of beasts and cut off one of the beast's heads and started drinking its blood. The area where his blood fell started to turn dark violet. His eyes once again started to glow with bluish energy, his marks started to fade, and his energy exploded.
"Okay, that's great. Let's resume the battle, shall we?" he said, looking towards the beasts roaring in front of him. Within 3 to 5 minutes, he killed 20 to 35 beasts and was still overflowing with energy.
"Grrrrhhh!" a powerful beast roared in the area.
The beast he was fighting stopped, its mouth frozen in place. That person punched that beast and tried to find the source of that sound.
"What is that?" he muttered and looked towards the remaining Yava Viskans for answers and saw they were shaking in fear and turning to run but failing to move. "Why are they…?" He followed their eyes and was frozen in his place too.
Meanwhile
Carciyan and Tlenion's bodies were overflowing with that strange energy. "The beasts have felt this, so we need to do this fast," Tlenion said and added, putting his hand on Carciyan's shoulder once again, "Carciyan, let's do this."
Carciyan nodded his head, and they moved closer to her. He saw their energy bodies had turned stiff, but they weren't frozen. "What do you think this is?" Carciyan asked Tlenion while inspecting for any cracks that might break on pulling her.
"This is not frozen; it feels like her body has locked itself from any form of movement," Tlenion said in response and moved a few steps back to stretch his body and then bent down to search for any cracks, etc.
"We are good to go, I think," Carciyan said to Tlenion. After 12 to 15 minutes, they concluded and started preparing to pull her from the ground. "Carciyan, get ready.
I have a strange feeling that she might be the reason for the beasts' sudden stop, and if we…" Tlenion tried to brief him about the situation, to which Carciyan intensely replied, "They all are somewhat aware of what it meant to come here, and the majority of them are ready for the price, so let's do this."
"They sure took their time," Tlenion said, and Carciyan replied with a hollow smile that Tlenion noticed but remained silent about. Beast roars filled the area, followed by 30 to 40 beasts trying to surround them. "Okay, Carciyan, half is yours," Tlenion said and charged in.
"Let's find out who completes their job first," Carciyan said and followed Tlenion's charge. Within 5 minutes, all the beasts had fallen to the ground, and they returned to her covered in beasts' blood. "Why weren't there any razor fangs? Their corrosive blood might pose a challenge," Carciyan said to Tlenion.
Tlenion thought for some time while walking towards her and said, "They might be either toying with their prey or trying to save their leader."
"Are you serious? They have a leader? Do beasts like them listen to orders and…" before Carciyan could finish, they heard a powerful, deafening roar. "What was that?" Carciyan tried to stand straighter after that roar, and Tlenion was still frozen in his place and muttered a word, "Their leader."
Meanwhile
That person was looking towards the source, his bluish energy wrapped around his body starting to flicker as he came closer to them. "What is going on?" he asked, trying to move back.
"Something is wrong. Run! We are out of time!" he shouted. He looked towards his fellow Yava Viskans, whose bodies were covered in sweat, tears, and other things too.
He followed their eyes and saw a humongous beast, 40 to 50 meters long. Its eyes were red and massive compared to those of humans.
