Leon slowly opened his eyes and turned his gaze toward the door.
"Melissa? So that's the name of my personal maid?" He murmured, raising an eyebrow.
He hadn't expected her to arrive so soon. Thalon must have been serious about not keeping him waiting.
"All right, just a moment."
Leon stood up, walked to the door, and turned the knob.
As it swung open, he was immediately met with the sight of a beautiful young woman.
She had a slightly oval, softly rounded face and a petite frame.
Her green maid uniform was both unique and elegant. Her beige hair, neatly tied in a ponytail, framed her face, while her golden-yellow eyes radiated an innocent charm.
Leon offered a polite smile. "Melissa, right? Nice to meet you. I'm Leon. No need to call me 'Fated One'—just 'Young Master' is fine. It's more comfortable that way."
