Chapter 107 - Chapter 104: TOP SECRET – DO NOT OPEN.

TWO DAYS LATER...

Morningstar Mansion Garden...

The sun cast a soft golden glow over the beautifully kept garden of the Morningstar Mansion,

Where magical flowers bloomed side by side in perfect harmony.

Leo sat on a comfortable garden bench, a small table beside him adorned with a steaming teapot and a plate of Wakana's homemade snacks—

Delicate buns stuffed with spiced vegetables and sprinkled with powdered sugar.

Taking a bite,

Leo leaned back with a sigh of satisfaction, letting the flavours settle as he gazed at the calm blue sky.

With a quiet thought, he summoned the System interface in his mind.

"System, summon Heldie and Beatie here."

[✅ Request confirmed. Summoning in progress…]

A moment later, a swirling portal crackled open above the garden like a tear in the air, trailing green mist and sparkles.

WHOOSH!

With an audible whoosh, two familiar forms fell out of the portal and landed in the flowerbed with a comedic crash of robes and broomsticks.

"Oof—Heldie, mind your broom, it poked me again!"

"You landed on me, you overgrown newt!"

Leo chuckled as he watched Heldie and Beatie,

The comically witchy sisters from the Tom and Jerry universe scramble upright.

Despite their cartoonish origins, the system had subtly upgraded their forms and essence, allowing them to exist as magical beings with true emotions, intelligence—

And ambition.

The moment they noticed him, their faces lit up like cauldrons on full flame.

"Master Leo!"

"Oh, it's so good to be back! You won't believe what we've discovered in our potion room last week!"

The sisters launched into excited chatter, throwing in half-finished thoughts about unstable potions, dancing tea cups, and a broom that had learned to fly backwards.

Leo patiently listened, amused and fond.

Though summoned beings, they were clearly alive in every sense that mattered—

And Leo, who never treated his allies as tools, felt genuine affection for their chaotic loyalty.

Once they settled down,

Leo waved his hand, and a glowing golden parchment appeared—

His most recent reward.

[Potion Recipe: Muggle to Wizard Transformation Elixir]

With a soft smile, he handed it to them.

"Here. This is something special. The system just gave it to me after I dealt with Voldemort again. Study it. Test it. Let's see if we can give magic to those who never had the chance."

The moment Heldie and Beatie saw the title, their eyes bulged with excitement and glee.

"You mean—we get to study this? Real wizard transmutation alchemy?!"

"Master! You've just made us the happiest witches in the multiverse!"

They twirled, cackled, and clutched the recipe like a sacred scroll.

As the system had already transferred basic knowledge of this world into their minds, they knew exactly how valuable this was.

"Oh, we must meet other witches here!"

"Do they wear pointy hats? Do they ride brooms? Is there a coven festival?!"

Leo laughed and poured himself another cup of tea.

"You'll have your chance. Just try not to blow up the greenhouse."

"No promises!"

"Wait until the other witches meet us—Heldie and Beatie, the new legends of the wizarding world!"

As they danced off, arguing whether to transfigure a teacup or charm a squirrel to be their servant.

Leo returned his gaze to the garden, the wind gently rustling the trees around him.

As Heldie and Beatie bickered their way toward the mansion,

Still arguing whether dragon's blood or phoenix tears would be more "dramatic" in the new potion,

They were intercepted by none other than Kejoro.

The elegant yokai, with her ever-flowing hair cascading like silk threads and her poised demeanour,

Observed the witches with an amused smile.

She had met many strange characters since becoming part of Leo's circle—

But these two were definitely on the livelier end of the spectrum.

"You two were here to... did Leo summon you?"

Kejoro said, her tone soft but direct.

"Come in. There's tea if you haven't had any chaos yet today."

"Chaos? That's our main course, dear!"

"And maybe some tea on the side, if it's not cursed."

As they stepped into the mansion,

Kejoro listened carefully to their chatter.

"____"

When she heard that Leo had entrusted them with the brewing of a new potion—

Not just any potion, but the Muggle to Wizard Transformation Elixir—

Her expression briefly shifted to one of subtle seriousness.

'If Leo gave it to them instead of Eileen,'

She thought,

'Then it's more than a standard brew. This must require a unique blend of skill… or madness.'

Knowing that Eileen would be in the shop, and Bellatrix was helping Leo coordinate the arrivals.

Kejoro took a quiet breath and made a decision.

"Since no one else is available, I'll take you both to Diagon Alley. You'll need high-grade ingredients, and I suspect your list won't be short."

"You're our favourite person today!"

"Let me guess—fluent in sarcasm and poisons?"

"Only when necessary,"

Kejoro replied coolly, motioning them to follow.

Diagon Alley...

Moments later,

They appeared at the entrance of Diagon Alley, emerging from the shadows of a side alley.

The busy cobblestone street bustled with witches, wizards, and magical vendors shouting offers.

Heldie and Beatie looked around with stars in their eyes.

"It's like a thug went to etiquette school!"

"We're going to have so much fun breaking the economy!"

Kejoro, graceful and composed as always, kept them focused.

"Stick to the list."

She warned.

"Some ingredients are heavily regulated. If anyone asks, you're on official business from the Morningstar household."

That name alone parted crowds.

The whispers began.

"Morningstar's people…"

"Did you see those witches? They look like—"

Ignoring the gossip, the trio made their way to various speciality shops.

Cauldron & Charm Apothecary for rare potion bases.

Eeylops Owl Emporium for enchanted feathers and powdered phoenix quill.

Everywhere they went, Heldie and Beatie added their usual flair—

Turning price haggles into full performances, confusing shopkeepers with riddles, and leaving behind either wide smiles or utter confusion.

Kejoro, however, remained the calming shadow behind them, making sure everything went smoothly and no one tried to trick the witch sisters—

Or get tricked by them.

By the time they were done, they had four enchanted bags full of ingredients, notes, a few questionable samples, and enough magical tools to build a small potion brewing room.

Morningstar Mansion Courtyard...

In one of the sunlit corners of the sprawling courtyard,

Johnny was practically bouncing on his feet, his enthusiasm barely containable.

He was speaking rapidly to Darcy, his pregnant wife, whose amused eyes followed his every exaggerated hand gesture.

"____"

"I mean, did you see that guy levitate a couch like it was a feather?! And that fairy? And that one beast with twelve eyes?!"

"Johnny…"

"Darcy, I swear—once I learn magic, I'll finally stop being the only one who can't do anything cool! Maybe I can be a lightning wizard. Or—oh!—Maybe I can learn to fly without a broom. Like one of those floaty monks! In the manga I read."

Darcy chuckled softly, placing a hand on her round belly.

Chuckle~

"You do realise you're not actually a wizard, right?"

"Not yet! But Leo said he is working on… something about turning muggles into wizards! He specially summoned powerful witches to make it! I'll drink it, then bam—wand, robes, and magical explosions!"

Darcy raised an eyebrow with a playful smirk.

Smirk~

"Please, no explosions until the baby is born. After that, you can set the garden on fire if you want."

Elsewhere,

In a more private sitting area near the greenhouse, Mavis sat beside her mother Martha, the two of them sharing laughter and warm tea with dragon blood.

On Mavis's lap was a thick, magically-bound photo album, the pages filled with moving photographs of her adventures with Leo at both worlds they travelled to—

Some taken by herself, others caught in candid moments.

"This was when we met that grumpy tengu lord who refused to take off his hat…"

"And this is when Leo accidentally stepped on a sleeping ogre's foot—we barely escaped! Even though he could have killed it. We choose to be chased after for fun."

Martha smiled gently, turning each page with care.

"____"

The joy in her daughter's voice was unmistakable, her eyes sparkling like a girl in love.

But underneath that smile,

Martha had come here with a mother's worry.

She had heard that her elder son-in-law had more than one wife and handful of lovers and was quite a playboy.

That he was involved in otherworldly affairs far beyond any ordinary man.

As Mavis animatedly spoke about their trip to Hogwarts, Martha set the album aside for a moment.

"Mavis…"

"Hmm?"

"I wasn't sure what I'd see when I got here. I was worried, honestly. About you… and him."

Mavis paused, then reached out and took her mother's hand.

"____"

"You don't have to be, Mom. I've seen sides of Leo that most people never will. Yes, he's powerful. Yes, there are others. But the Leo I know… he's someone who would walk through fire for the people he loves."

Martha studied her daughter's face.

No hesitation. No doubt.

Only deep warmth and clarity.

And in that moment, she let her motherly worry fade.

"Alright then,"

She said with a small chuckle, patting Mavis's hand.

Chuckle~

"But I still reserve the right to lecture him if he messes up."

"Deal,"

Mavis grinned, pulling her mother into a hug.

Across the mansion, laughter echoed, magical creatures wandered peacefully, and the warmth of a found family spread through the halls.

The air was unusually still in the elegant, ancient study lined with rare magical tomes, occult artefacts, and mysterious parchments glowing softly under containment spells.

Despite its grandeur, the silence was shattered as the door slowly creaked open—

With a toe.

Count Dracula, legendary vampire lord, king of the night,

And self-proclaimed biggest Leo Morningstar fan,

Zipped inside like a shadow with stars practically sparkling in his eyes.

Looking around to ensure no one was watching,

He giggled softly like a schoolboy sneaking into the forbidden sweets cabinet.

"Hehehe... Leo's private study... This is hallowed ground…"

His black cape fluttered behind him as he tiptoed past a glass case labelled "Do Not Touch—Eats Fingers".

But then—

Thud.

His foot struck a small black box tucked beside the bookshelf.

It had a label on it:

"TOP SECRET – DO NOT OPEN (Seriously, Bellatrix, not even you.)"

"Oho? Now I must know…"

With a dramatic glance around the room,

Dracula opened it.

"____"

Silence.

Then—

"Hentai…? What is… oh... ohhhh my…"

Inside were several of Leo's personal manga volumes, clearly imported from another world—

Beautifully illustrated, bound in protective covers,

Enchanted for durability (of course), and meticulously organised by genre and level of degeneracy.

Dracula stepped back at first, eyes wide, but then the curiosity overtook his morality.

"Well, no harm in just one peek…"

He picked one up, flipped a few pages, and was instantly hooked.

His fingers brushed the magically animated illustrations that moved, bounced, and winked at him.

Then—

Click.

The door opened.

"Dad?"

"Dracula, are you in—?"

Martha and Mavis stepped in.

"____"

And there he stood—

Dracula—

Caught red-handed with a manga clutched behind his back, several risqué pages fluttering to the ground like damning feathers of shame.

Time froze.

"____"

Martha bent down, picked up one of the pages, turned it around… and froze again.

Her expression darkened.

Her eyes glowed blood red.

A powerful killing aura surged through the room like a tidal wave.

"...Drac-u-la."

From the depths of his soul, Dracula whimpered, dropping the manga, hands up like a child caught stealing cookies.

"I-I can explain! I thought it was an artefact! A cultural artefact!!"

The very walls of Morningstar Mansion shook with the fury that followed.

Outside, sets of yokai, monsters, others, and magical beasts paused what they were doing.

The air trembled.

A single, universally terrifying voice roared.

"DRAAAAACULAAAAAAAA!!!"

And faintly, underneath it.

"I'M SORRYYYYYY! NO MORE TENTACLES—I SWEAR!!!"

Even Leo, relaxing in the garden, blinked as his teacup rattled.

Without looking, he muttered.

Sigh~

"...Found the manga stash, did he?"

As the chaos of Martha vs. Dracula echoed faintly through the walls of the Morningstar Mansion,

Vald and Nurarihyon were comfortably seated in a lavish drawing room,

Enjoying warm sake and calm conversation—

Completely unbothered by the sounds of mayhem elsewhere.

Vald, looking sharp in his usual aristocratic attire (minus the priest robes this time), leaned forward with genuine interest gleaming in his eyes.

"So… this Continental… a guild for yokai and monsters to find work, settle disputes, and operate under an established code of conduct?"

He asked, stroking his neatly groomed beard.

Nurarihyon chuckled, his pipe releasing a curl of smoke as he nodded.

Chuckle~

"Exactly that. In our world, it helped give direction to many yokai who were once wild or purposeless. Under Lord Morningstar's name, they found pride in work—bodyguards, messengers, guides, even magical craftsmen."

Vald's eyes glinted with admiration.

"Fascinating. In our world, many monsters still live in hiding, misunderstood or seen only as threats. A structured system like this... it could give them legitimacy and purpose. Jobs, income, protection, respect. That could stabilise entire regions."

Nurarihyon nodded sagely.

Nod~

"It does. The rules are strict, but fair. No fighting on neutral grounds, no betrayal of contracts. And anyone who breaks them…"

He smiled slyly.

"...finds out why Morningstar's reputation keeps monsters in line."

Vald raised his cup in approval.

"I want to bring this to our world. I'll speak with Leo—maybe even help set up a Continental Branch. With my influence and his backing, we could unify monsters beyond borders."

Nurarihyon grinned.

"A bold move. But with you and Leo working together... it just might work."

They clinked their cups.

Outside the room, a muffled scream echoed again—

"NO, NOT THE FIREPLACE MARTHA—THAT'S ANTIQUE!!"—

Followed by a loud crash.

Vald raised an eyebrow and glanced at the door.

"Should we…?"

Nurarihyon puffed his pipe.

"Best to pretend we heard nothing."

Both men leaned back, sipping calmly, as monsters and legends quietly planned the future of their kind.

Eastern Europe...

A cold, dimly lit underground chamber in Eastern Europe.

Ancient runes glowed faintly along the stone walls, and the only sound was the distant drip of water echoing through the vast catacombs.

At the centre of the room sat a man, strapped tightly to a steel chair, restrained by both enchanted chains and protective wards.

He thrashed, eyes wild with panic, mouth gagged as muffled screams escaped him.

His robes were torn and stained—

Clearly, he'd resisted fiercely before being captured.

"____"

Standing before him in grim silence was Gellert Grindelwald, his long coat swaying as he approached, a chilling calmness in his demeanour.

His mismatched eyes—

One glinting cold blue, the other stormy grey—

Looked down at the prisoner with disdain.

Flanking him were his loyal followers: a few skilled magical enforcers handpicked over the years, all dressed in dark attire bearing no mark of any country.

These were the Vigilant Circle, Grindelwald's reformed faction focused solely on eliminating dangerous magical threats from the shadows.

Grindelwald's voice cut through the air like a blade—

Soft but deadly.

"You experimented on muggles. You twisted their minds, broke their bodies... all in the name of your deluded cause."

The prisoner's eyes widened in fear.

"You call yourself enlightened. But you're nothing more than filth."

Grindelwald continued, circling him slowly.

"Your kind believes seclusion brings immunity. That hiding in dark forests, performing rituals in ruins... gives you power. You are wrong."

One of the followers, a tall witch with sharp silver hair, stepped forward, placing a black-bound journal on the table beside the chair.

"We found his notes."

She said.

"He and the others were recreating soul fracture rituals. The same path Voldemort once walked… but on muggles."

Grindelwald didn't flinch, but his eyes sharpened.

"And did they think this would go unnoticed?"

He asked, eyes never leaving the prisoner.

"The world cannot afford another era of cruelty hiding behind shadows."

With a wave of his hand, the gag vanished from the cultist's mouth.

He coughed, glared defiantly, and spat at Grindelwald's feet.

"You're no different. You once spoke of wizarding supremacy!"

Grindelwald chuckled darkly.

Chuckle~

"Yes… I did. But I evolved. You… are still stuck in decay."

He stepped closer.

A wand, elegant and old, slipped into his hand.

"Your kind is a disease. And I—am the cure."

In an instant, chains of light wrapped around the prisoner, glowing with truth-binding magic.

"Tell me where the others are. Or your pain will not end quickly."

The cultist screamed as the magic gripped his soul.

Meanwhile, Grindelwald turned to his followers.

"Prepare the list. We end this cult—root and stem."

Besides showing magical maps and cursed locations marked in red—

Dark cells across Europe where wizards plotted atrocities in secret.

Grindelwald had one mission:

Purge the darkness before it poisons the next generation.

And as his eyes glinted with resolve, it was clear—he would not stop until it was done.
