Lela and Melissa discovered a monkey wrench in their engine, removed it, and restarted their car. Then Lela hit the gas, and they got back in the race. Once both Team Mad Dog and Team Frog got to the ocean, Team Mad Dog turned their car into a speedboat, and Team Frog turned their vehicle into a motorboat. Then, they rode across the sea after the other racers in boats. The Alligator Plane, which was in 3rd, was flying after The Mermaid's Plane, which was in 2nd. While they were flying, The Alternate Plane, which was in 6th, started to shoot at The Alligator Speedster, but The Alligator Speedster dodged all their attacks.
Meanwhile, Cory and Tonya cleared their car of bubble gum and got back in the race. Once they reached the ocean, Team Piano turned their car into a helicopter and flew over the sea. Narita and Sarah then adjusted their engine to drive forward again, and once they reached the ocean, they converted their car into a motorboat and rode it across the sea. The Mouse Speedboat was in 4th place, and when they looked up, they saw The Cat Balloon leading, so they fired a missile at it. Once Team Cat saw the rocket, they put their shield around their balloon, and the missile bounced back, hitting Team Mouse and blowing up their boat. After their ship was destroyed, the other racers passed Team Mouse, and the network drove a boat into the ocean, picked up Amie and Bridgette, and drove them back to dry land and Hollywood. The Frog Motorboat then sped up, passed The Mad Dog Speedboat, and tried to catch up with The Mummy Case Powerboat.
Once they did, they headed for many rocks and hoped to avoid them. While they were avoiding the rocks, it started to rain, and a lightning storm came. While it rained, all the racers tried to reach Hawaii and did their best to keep their aircraft from crashing and their boats from sinking. While they raced, the racers driving across the ocean saw a tsunami approaching, panicked, and were hit by it when it struck. All the racers flying over the sea were thrown off course by the strong winds and rain. Once the storm stopped, Team Mermaid, Team Mummy, and Team Easter washed up on shore in Hawaii without their cars and tried to catch their breath by lying on the beach, having trudged through water for hours. While they were on the beach, they gazed out at the ocean and wondered where all the other racers were, but they couldn't see them anywhere. The flying racers landed on the beach, soaked to the bone, having flown through a storm for hours. The Cat Balloon landed 1st, The Mermaid's Plane landed 2nd, The Alligator's Plane landed 3rd, The Alternate Plane landed 4th, and The Pianocopter last.
Meanwhile, Team Mad Dog was still in the ocean, but a cruise ship from the network dropped a ladder on them. The racers climbed onto the boat and stayed on the cruise until they reached safety. Meanwhile, Team Mermaid, Frog, and Easter got back up and realized they couldn't race anymore since they had no cars. Then, a whale emerged from the ocean, blowing Katie and Mary out of its blowhole like their vehicle. Lacey said, "Here's Katie and Mary in The Flower Truck again." Stephanie said, "Yes, that's amazing because they got eaten by a whale the last time we saw them." The six remaining teams turned their aircraft back into cars and drove to the finish line at the volcano in Hawaii. Since the three dried-up teams could no longer race, Eric from the network flew to Hawaii in their plane, retrieved all the dried-up racers from the beach, loaded them into the plane, and then flew them back to the network.
The Catmobile is in the lead, The Alligator Speedster is in 2nd, The Altercycle is in 3rd, The Frog Hopper is in 4th, The Piano Trap is in 5th, and The Flower Truck is in last. While Kate drove, Mary activated a grenade and threw it into the Piano Trap. Tonya then caught the grenade, and when it exploded, it set off a smoke screen in their car. The Flower Truck then drove by The Piano Trap and put themselves in 5th while Team Piano got out of their vehicle, coughing.
The Catmobile was still leading, but Joseph pushed a button in their car and shot the top of a palm tree with a laser, knocking the coconuts to the ground. Then the coconuts rolled onto the track, and everyone from 2nd to 4th drove onto them. Jeremiah pushed a button in their car and had their vehicle eat the coconuts like a genuine alligator, and The Alligator Speedster made it out. Tonya said, "Monster Truck." The computer in The Altercycle heard Tonya's voice and transformed into a monster truck, allowing them to drive over the coconuts. The Frog Hopper went through the coconuts, slipped on a few, and crashed their car into a tree. The Flower Truck and The Piano Trap then passed Lela and Melissa, waving goodbye to them. Then Jennifer from the network flew by in a helicopter and picked up Lela and Melissa. Once they got into the aircraft, Jennifer flew them back to the network.
Once Marcel from the network learned that all the disqualified racers had been disqualified, he sent five more racing teams to Hawaii and told Lacey and Stephanie to move the finish line to Dracula's castle. Lacey then hung up the phone and saw the racers coming. The Catmobile crossed the finish line 1st, The Alligator's Speedster came in 2nd, The Alternate Choice in 3rd, The Flower Truck in 4th, and The Piano Trap last. Chris and Joseph ran up to Lacey and Stephanie but refused to give them the money. Joseph said, "Hey, we won. Give us our money." Lacey said, "Sorry, racers, but the finish line moved to Dracula's Castle in Transylvania."
Stephanie said, "Since five of our previous racing teams have been lost at sea, washed up on shore, and crashed into a tree, we're welcoming five new racing teams into the race. Here's. Jacqueline and Kate in The Apple Picker, Shelly and Taylor in The Portable Volcano, Gabby and Jess in The Tropical Surf, Gana and Torie in The Jungle Explorer, and Alec and Gillian in The Heroic Racer." Lacey said, "You'll all be spending the night in one of Hawaii's hotels and racing first thing tomorrow." Stephanie said, "Team Cat gets another 60-second head start since they were the first ones here. Of course, you must make a rest stop in New Mexico. The first one to the castle wins." Once the racers checked into their hotel, they ate dinner at the nearest restaurant and returned to their hotel. Then, they all went to their hotel rooms and went to bed for the night.
