Yeah! Here's the new chapter!

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

The magical tug-of-war between the three champions from the three schools continued for some time longer, and Fleur, who had been fighting and using magic for quite some time, felt a sense of exhaustion rise up within her.

"Ugh," she groaned, stumbling back slightly as she felt a sudden weakness hit her.

Along with this sudden weakness her arm that held her wand began to tremble as well, struggling to keep steady.

The spell Fleur had cast was beginning to lose its strength, and the jet of cyan light it produced began to falter, flickering rapidly and repeatedly.

'I can't take it anymore...' and then, with all her energy almost completely drained, Fleur's spell finally gave way.

And with her spell being forcibly canceled, Fleur was no longer able to stand, falling to one knee on the ground while using her free hand to support herself.

'Damn it' Fleur cursed in her mind, panting heavily as her vision blurred from exhaustion.

And as she felt extreme fatigue overcome her, she also felt a sensation of numbness and weakness in her wand arm, which caused her to no longer be able to hold her wand, which fell to the ground.

And now that she was no longer casting her spell against Krum, the magical dispute between the champions fell entirely on Harry, who increased the power of his spell to match Fleur's absence.

"Hmph!" Harry snorted with a serious look, standing firm against the Bulgarian even though he lost his ally in this fight.

"Ghr!" Krum growled with a grimace as he gripped his wand tightly with both hands.

But even putting more power and effort into his spell, he still couldn't surpass or even match the unexpected and superior power that was Harry.

Of course, Krum wasn't really trying to defeat Harry, he was just resisting so as not to be defeated.

He had no intention of beating Harry in this magical tug-of-war because if he did he might end up hurting the Boy-Who-Lived or worse, and that would go against the command placed in his mind by the one who cursed him.

And since he could only stay on the defensive he was practically at the mercy of the Gryffindor champion.

*Buuuzz*

*Buuuzz....zuzz..zz*

And then, after a few more seconds under the terrible pressure of Harry's spell, Krum's jet of dark orange light finally began to fail, showing that just like Fleur, he too was becoming magically exhausted.

"Aaargh!" Krum roared, pouring all his remaining magic into his spell in a final attempt to not be defeated.

And Harry seeing this last effort from Krum also increased the power of his attack.

The jet of scarlet light created by Harry's spell grew much brighter and denser, advancing slowly but steadily and powerfully towards Krum, pushing his jet of light back.

The Bulgarian Quidditch star began to feel his energy rapidly draining, and a feeling of emptiness and exhaustion arose in an area near his stomach and chest.

"Urgh!" he growled with a grimace.

Then, with a final grunt, Krum's magic finally ran out, and the spell he had been maintaining so fiercely finally gave way.

And with his spell dispersing Harry's spell had nothing left to stop it, and then his jet of scarlet light shot quickly towards Krum.

"Ah!" and with a final thrust from Harry his spell arrived in front of Krum, who could only stare blankly at the menacing attack in front of him.

*BAM!*

The spell then hit him full on, causing him to stumble back from the impact as his wand flew out of his hand, falling away from him and disarming the Bulgarian wizard.

And Fleur, who was still crouched on the ground and had already recovered some of her energy, saw this happen, and then her eyes narrowed with a glint in them.

'It's now!' she thought.

And then, taking advantage of this moment when Krum was defenseless, the blonde Veela quickly picked up her wand that was on the ground, and gathering all her physical and magical strength she raised her arm and pointed her wand at Krum.

"{STUPEFY}!" she shouted, putting all her feelings of frustration, anger, determination, and hope into this spell.

A red flash came out of Fleur's wand at great speed, and in a few seconds it had already reached Krum, hitting him in the chest in a violent blow.

And when he was hit by Fleur's powerful stunning spell, he, who was already off balance because of Harry's attack, was easily thrown away, hitting one of the maze's walls before falling to the ground.

*Thump!*

Krum fell heavily to the ground with a thud, lying completely still and silent, and this time he showed no sign of getting up again.

...

...

...

...

...

"Did we... win?" Harry asked after a few seconds of silence, looking dazedly at the fallen, unconscious wizard a few feet away from them.

And hearing his question Fleur blinked for a moment, before a slight smile began to appear on her face.

"Yes, we won... We defeated Krum," she said, feeling her body relax unconsciously.

And hearing the confirmation of their victory, Harry couldn't stop a big, happy and relieved smile from appearing on his face.

"Hah, I told you we were going to defeat this ugly guy!" he said excitedly, which drew a slight, amused snort from Fleur.

And then immediately after that Harry felt all the fatigue he had been accumulating take over his body, and that together with the feeling of relief he felt caused his body to give in and he collapsed to the ground.

"Phew... I think that's enough fighting for me for today" he sat down heavily on the ground, letting out a long sigh of relief and satisfaction yet tiredness.

"I couldn't agree more with your words," Fleur nodded, also sitting down on the ground to rest a bit.

The two continued to sit and rest for a few more seconds, and after feeling that their bodies had recovered enough, they got up from the ground.

And now standing, the two began to approach Krum, and even though they knew that the scowling wizard was unconscious, they still did not let their guard down, walking cautiously towards him with their wands at the ready.

Already facing Krum's fallen body, Harry kicked him 'lightly', checking to see if he was really knocked out.

"Uh, I don't think he'll get up this time... At least not anytime soon," he said after confirming their enemy's status.

He then turned to Fleur, "Do you think that after that last spell of yours when he wakes up he will still be under the control of the Imperius Curse?" he asked her.

"I don't know," she pursed her lips with a thoughtful expression, "In some cases a strong blow or being knocked unconscious would free people from the curse's control, but that also depends on the power and magic of the person who cast the curse."

"And Krum suffered many blows and injuries throughout the fight and still he did not regain consciousness, which means that whoever cursed him is quite powerful."

"So in that case, I'm not so sure that being unconscious will lift the curse from him," she said, finishing her analysis.

"I see," and hearing all this Harry nodded, lowering his head as he frowned.

'So what Fleur is trying to say is that when Krum wakes up he'll probably still be a cold, bloodthirsty madman who'll try to kill her' Harry thought, which made his frown grow even deeper.

'Maybe we should hit him a few more times and a little harder on the head to make sure he'll break free from the curse,' he pondered, before shaking his head, deciding to leave that option aside.

Even if he didn't like the Durmstrang champion, he still didn't want to cause him possible head trauma... at least not without a real reason.

"Sigh... So what are we going to do with him? We can't just leave him here," he asked, looking back at Fleur.

"Hmm" and with that question she began to scratch her chin, before her eyes sparkled slightly.

She then pointed her wand at Krum, "{Incarcerous}" she said, conjuring thick ropes that immediately wrapped around Krum, binding him tightly.

But that wasn't the end, and just to be on the safe side she cast the spell three more times on him.

And after using a few more restraint spells that she knew, Krum was now practically mummified by several ropes, with his hands and feet tied behind his back almost like a captured animal.

"Well, I think this will keep him contained for a while," Fleur said after finishing her work, nodding satisfied to herself.

"Eh..." Harry looked at Krum's tangled situation with a strange look.

'I hope Fleur doesn't have a fetish for this BDSM stuff, or else Ethan is really going to have a hard time with her' he thought with pursed lips.

And as for how he knew what BDSM was... well, let's just say that being roommates with Seamus and Dean gave him a broader view of certain aspects of romantic relationships.

End.
