" She is Ravonna. What is she doing here?"
Mobius asked with a frown before Arthur protected him with his hand by blocking a bullet from her gun.
" Thank you."
Mobius couldn't believe she would do this to him but after all, she was a traitor. She was the person who destroyed TVA and ultimately caused this havoc.
" We need to stop her."
Arthur didn't hesitate to appear in front of her but she was anticipating his move as she pushed the device into his chest. Arthur was sucked into another timeline while she sighed with relief because she saved herself this time.
She knew Arthur would recognize this time bomb, so she gambled with the lives of all the people and fortunately, he didn't hesitate.
"Mr. Victor, I am from TVA. Are you interested in our investment?"
Victor's eyes shone with anticipation, realizing this was his moment. He took a deep breath and smiled broadly to show his eagerness.
" Sure. How can I help you?"
He stuttered a little bit but he was able to convey his words which made Mobius anxious. He didn't wait for a moment before appearing next to them.
" I am also from another organization. I can double what they are telling you to pay."
Victor's face almost gleamed with happiness, realizing today was his day. He was finally being regarded as an aspiring inventor.
" I am back. I brought her with me."
Loki opened the tent with a big smile while Sylvie sighed with a defeated face but to their surprise they found Ravonna and Mobius in a stare contest.
" You!"
Sylvie took out her dagger, trying to murder Ravonna while knowing she was a traitor. She was the person who instigated all these messes to get power and now she was preventing them from saving the world.
" Damn it."
Ravonna pushed Mobius back with her baton, using her remaining device to teleport into another world. Obviously, both Loki and Sylvie were distraught by the situation, not seeing the person who was supposed to secure Kang.
" Where is Arthur?"
Loki asked with a hint of impatience in his tone, guessing Ravonna might have used something to make him disappear.
" I am here."
Arthur opened the tent door with kelp on his hair, drying himself with fire while clicking his tongue with annoyance. He couldn't believe Ravonna used people's lives to bargain with him.
" She sent me to Ocean World and I had to teleport from there. It wasn't a really pleasant experience as you can see."
Both Loki and Sylvie nodded with an understanding look, not pursuing the matter anymore. They took the energy detector from the inventory, trying to locate Victor.
" She is near. We can travel through the device."
Just as Mobius was about to push the button, Arthur stopped him. He thought this might be a trap since she had trapped him with that device.
" She isn't stupid enough to leave her traces. We need to regroup and find her. Wasting energy here isn't a good idea."
Arthur spoke his mind to his teammates, urging them to go to their base. Besides, he could already feel this world was crumbling as well. There was nothing he could do here.
" Ugh, fine."
Mobius reluctantly went back to their bases where B15 and Ouroboros were waiting for them.
Ouroboros who was a sharp yet dull guy, took notice of their behavior, knowing they had failed in the end.
" Have you met her?"
He cut to the chase, guessing it must be Ravonna because only she had the tools and resources that could rival them. She had access to Miss Minute and TVA inventory which had all kinds of gadgets that were confiscated during the search.
" We need to find him asap. She will win at this rate."
Loki said with a pale face, looking at the door with horror since he could travel through time. He was omnipresent and he was able to see the death of his teammates.
" No worries. I can do that."
Ouroboros took the device from Mobius, started searching for Ravonna who was hiding across the multiverse. He was trying to pinpoint where she was and what she was trying to do. Fortunately, it didn't take long before he got the results.
