" You took a long time."
Arthur placed down the teapot while raising his head to see Loki with his team. He was holding the item that he had it him.
" I need your help. Only you know what is happening to us."
Arthur didn't hear Loki's words as he got up from his seat. He then looked at the sky horizon with a sigh, raising his hand to teleport themselves to another dimension.
" We don't have much time left. The time collapse will eventually reach here."
Arthur said with a calm face, observing the factory to find an item that he could write on.
" Listen to me carefully. We need Sylvie and Kang to fix this. Only those who are exposed to time energy can handle the sheer power of time. Otherwise, they will be instant noodles when the time energy touches them."
This revelation horrified others as they had no idea what to do now except Loki who knew Sylvie would soon join them. As for Kang, he didn't know where the variant was but he had a way to find him.
" He is right. We need to find our last member and Kang."
Ouroboros seemed to realize something, pulling out his laptop before he took the device from Loki. Then he put codes into his computer while comparing temporal energy to find similar results.
" I found it. There is a 90 percent match in this timeline."
Arthur clapped at his genius because he valued Ouroboros highly. Only so many people could understand time itself and certainly Ouroboros was one of a kind. Pity that he was more needed in TVA rather than Eden. He could do much more with him.
" So, how do we retrieve him? We are running out of time."
B 15 said seriously, knowing they had no choice but to act fast. She was confident that destruction would reach them sooner.
" Loki, you find Sylvie first. Mobius and I will find his variant. Remember, you have to act quickly before destruction catches up to us."
Arthur didn't hesitate to teleport into that timeline while looking at his surroundings to match their outfits. It didn't take a second before they looked like wealthy men in that era.
" Why are we in a rush? Loki can find us, right?"
Mobius was puzzled by Arthur's rash behavior because he wouldn't act this rashly unless he was in a bad situation.
" TVA is hunting us. I didn't mention it to others because they were trying to separate me from you. They must be here to kill or apprehend him."
Mobius's eyes grew bigger with surprise, not knowing what to say since he didn't think this. He was caught off guard by the enemies that he considered friends.
" Ouroboros should have guessed the situation. He wanted us to locate him quickly before others take him."
Before he could say anything, Arthur pulled him to the main road. Then he activated the device that scanned Kang's presence.
" But why us? We were with them."
Arthur sighed with a bitter face, revealing the fact that he had hidden away from him.
" Because I pulled you out with B15 and Ouroboros during the failure. That left you stranded in the timeline. I knew something was fishy because Kang was too confident.
He could have protected himself easily but he didn't."
Arthur guessed that Kang might have planted a spy in TVA to counter their moves which left him no choice but to pull his confidential people out.
He selected the most trustworthy three people and sent them to their respective timelines to prevent Kang's plan.
" Ugh, things are getting complicated. I wish this would end soon."
Mobius had no words to comment on the situation, feeling dizzy from sudden revelations. He didn't think Arthur would be this smart to counter Kang who stood at the end of time.
" Found it. He is behind that curtain."
Arthur opened the door to the giant tent, looking at the man on the stage. He was presenting his inventions to the people to garner attention but no one was listening to him.
" He is there. Now, what?"
Before Mobius could go further, Arthur looked backstage with a frown. Without hesitation, he ran toward it to confront the individual who was lurking.
