Recently, a small group led by Zhao Shiyu formed a team to occasionally run dungeons. They managed to gather quite a bit of good gear. However, as the team started operating, internal conflicts began to emerge. The crux of the problem was uneven loot distribution. Zhao Shiyu believed that since the team was formed by a few of them, they naturally should take a bigger share. This resulted in obvious unfairness in allocation, sparking multiple disputes within the group. It wasn't long before discord spread, leading to noticeable division among team members.
Although Zhao Shiyu tried multiple times to suppress the tensions within the group, the underlying issues remained unresolved. A few members stayed merely because they couldn't find a better team. However, the seeds of trouble had already been planted.
