Chapter 1 - Rebirth in Darkness

Blood.

It dripped from his fingertips like ink, splattering across the broken stone beneath him. The sky above was cracked, bleeding crimson streaks through a dying atmosphere. Mountains burned in the distance. Cities collapsed into chasms torn open by rage and despair.

And in the center of it all stood a boy, alone.

White hair clung to his bloodied face. One eye glowed with a deep, smoldering red. The other, a haunting shade of dark violet. Beneath the tattered remnants of his cloak, ancient runes pulsed faintly across his back and chest—symbols long forgotten, born of hatred and divine power.

Sirius.

Once a quiet, loyal soul. Once someone who believed in light, in trust, in love.

Now? Now, he stood in the ruins of a world he had loved… and destroyed.

He didn't scream. He didn't cry. The emotions had long since died—burnt away in the fires of betrayal.

They called him cursed. Monster. Villain.

But it was they who made him.

He clenched his fist as his body trembled—not from pain, but from purpose. Before him, the ground cracked open like the mouth of the abyss. Magic pulsed from within him, not clean or radiant, but corrupted and primal.

They had begged for mercy.

He gave them silence.

They offered explanations, excuses.

He answered with fire.

And now, in his final breath, he spoke—not to them, not to the gods above, but to the void that remained.

"My life has been filled with darkness," he whispered, voice as calm as death.

"So this world shall be plunged into darkness."

Then everything shattered.

The light. The sound. The air.

The world broke like glass.

Somewhere between life and death.

There was no sky. No ground. Only drifting.

Sirius floated in a realm untouched by time, a place between moments. His body no longer bled. His heart no longer beat. But something held him. Something ancient. Watching.

"You are not meant to end here."

The voice rang through the void—feminine, layered, both divine and monstrous.

"You were not born of this world, and so… you will not die with it."

Sirius tried to move, to speak, but his voice was stolen.

"You were betrayed… by mortals and immortals alike. And so I grant you a gift, Sirius of the broken star."

Light swirled around him—silver, sharp, and cold.

Two choices. Two fates.

A System of balance… and a System of vengeance.

Then came pain.

Unimaginable pain as his body was remade, rewritten by forces beyond mortal comprehension. Flesh stitched itself around rune-carved bones. His heart reignited like a black sun. His consciousness stretched across space.

The systems layered themselves like spirits around him. He was no longer just Sirius. He was something more—and something far less.

And with a final, blinding surge of energy…

He fell.

New World. First Breath.

His eyes snapped open to a dim forest cloaked in mist. The air was thick with unfamiliar scents—moss, rain, blood, and magic.

He lay in a crater, the earth around him cracked from the force of his arrival. Trees bent away from him, their leaves wilting as if in fear. Creatures nearby scurried away, sensing something unnatural.

Sirius stood, bare feet pressing into the cold earth. A breeze stirred his white hair, brushing against his light-toned skin. The runes on his back shimmered faintly before vanishing beneath forming clothes—black as night.

He looked down at his hands, curling them slowly into fists.

Both Systems hovered in his vision—one calm and structured, the other alive and whispering.

[Villain System Prompt]

Would you like to begin your conquest now?

[Yes] or [Observe]

[Support System Alert]

Nearby threats detected. Local time: dusk. Status: unknown territory.

He ignored them both—for now.

In this place, he was not hunted. He was not cursed.

He was free.

A smoky aura drifted from his body—red and purple like the eyes that now scanned the forest.

"In this new world…" he said softly, voice steady, chilling.

"I will no longer be a victim."

And with that, he stepped into the shadows.
